Nice...when it works
this app is decent but has a lot of glitches and bugs and doesn't always work properly on my iPhone, it's very frustrating when I missed calls because the app decides to do its own thing

Pretty good, makes working from home easier! Please fix the notification settings. I have the app notifications turned off because I am off for the day, but calls will still come through. Its annoying to be woken up on your day off because an app doesn’t work properly :)
Disappointing missing basic call blocking feature
For a company as established and widely used as 3CX, it is very disappointing that the mobile app does not appear to offer a simple option to block unwanted callers. Spam calls are a daily issue for many users, and call blocking is a basic feature most phone apps already provide.
The app may work for business calling, but not having an easy way to block spam numbers makes the user experience frustrating. This is something 3CX should prioritize and add as a standard feature.

Inconsistent
Sometimes it rings to my phone, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I get a notification and no ring. Sometimes when I click on the notification, the app opens but I can’t answer the call. Just a poor experience overall.

It was working before, I could able to get the calls now i can see the incoming call but cannot response it %90

Notification still comes in but ringer stopped.
Verizon Wireless
I installed the app on my Verizon Wireless iPhone scanned the QR code and it worked. Left work, went to call a client and the app just says connecting. I get home and it works. I realized it only works while on WiFi. It then says I’m blacklisted. Reached out to IT and they added my cell phone IP to the whitelist. It still says IP is blacklisted…. Any support to get it working on the Verizon Wireless network and not only on WiFi?

Unable to Scan QR Code
For some reason when trying to scan a QR code the camera stays in black. After deleting and reinstalling the app it still does the same thing. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

I have a problem with the app. When they call me and I pick up from the staff phone, the mobile continues to ring until I close the app.

Speakerphone Not Working
I previously had no issues till this latest update. Now my speakerphone isn’t working and everyone is hearing an echo from me. Please fix the bug! This app helped me work remotely seamlessly.

With this most recent update the speakerphone no longer works, and creates an echo for the person on the other side.
Bad app
The app is now blocking me to access my contacts, chats, everything. At least, I can receive calls.
I reinstalled the app and you can only log in by scanning a QR code. Unfortunately, I only get a 403 errors and it doesn’t work.
Where is the support?
This APP is pure garbage.

Works great and developers keep improving it
I think a lot of negative reviews are old or are problems that are not actually the fault of the app. Development was slow for a while but it’s now fully up to date including Watch support, CarPlay, etc.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour il est impossible de se servir de cette application avec le son des hauts parleurs de l’iPhone. Ça ne marche tout simplement pas. Je n’aurai jamais du faire cette mise à jour…….
