Racist app
Works in Korean. Has the ability to choose another language, and “try” to make a ticket purchase. It never works. I’ve tried over 1 year and only gotten it to work once. They never fix it. So much for customer service eh? As other people have said this is buggy as ever.Yashoku

Potentially the worst app I’ve ever used
I’ve been using the App Store on the iPhone since the day App Store was launched. I’ve used hundreds of apps, but this app is potentially the worst I’ve ever used. Interface is buggy, if you go backwards, all previously entered information is gone, if you go into the menu accidentally, all info is lost, sign up doesn’t work. Knowing how bad the Korean government workers are, this is a whole new level of low. A high school student could probably make a better app than this.Show lessSeumee
Seriously!! It can’t perform the very task it is supposed to.
I can book my ticket but there is no ticket on my booking list. I had to go to their website to check whether I have the ticket or not. Just spent a few bucks to fix this already.

English version of this app needs serious improvements
When you use the English version of this app, you can use it to buy tickets, but it won't let you view the ticket you bought. They'll send you an email receipt, but that email receipt is not a ticket so you need to go to the ticket office to get the actual ticket before boarding.
My suggestion is using the Korean version of this app and translate it as much as you can. Change it by tapping the home icon on the top right corner when you open the app, tap the language button and switch to Korean.Show lessyupaul27
