I used to be able to book through the app, now whenever I Book I always get an error when processing the payment.
Another issue is, if you enter information incorrectly and you want to correct it you have to completely start over.LPV3

Inconvenient
Can’t believe I cannot use the ticket i booked online on the app (only option was to print out the ticket which is not possible for me as I do not have a printer at home). I literally had to cancel the ticket online and repurchase the ticket on the app to use the electronic ticket. Why is there such a incompatibility between two platforms? Shame
As a Korean, this app is a shame. This job is a representative of how unproductive and waste of tax Korail and other government org's are. Korail should be ashamed of the poor management of the infra built with tax money while I doubt anyone at Korail can read English or will try to read this comment. Losers.Show lessWallylll
New update makes it useless
The app has always been pretty bad but at least I was able to reserve tickets. Since they’ve changed the app, I can no longer complete my purchase with not only my US bank cards but also my Korean bank cards. The app is completely useless now. Why make it harder (or in my case impossible) to purchase tickets???Show lesspwrsrc
Serious flaw
There is a serious flaw in this application when the English version is loaded which allows you to purchase a ticket without entering a Korean telephone number. Therefore it never links to ticket to the phone and never displays the ticket. This essentially allows you to purchase nothing... you can't check the ticket on the website, you can't create an account to view the ticket. I got a confirmation email (and a charge in my credit card), which makes it clear my purchase went through, but no ticket.Show lesskissinconcert8
