사용 불가능한 앱인듯
외국에 거주해서 한국 여행시 사용할려는데 정말 왜 이런 작동이 거의 불가능한 앱을 제공하는지.. 이해가 안가네요!!!
그리고 계속 “ 에라” 메세지만 나오는...
앱중에 최저인듯!!! 빠른 기차에 제일 느리고 형편없는 앱을 제대로 고쳐 사용자가 많다면 그게 좋은게 아닌지.
무슨.. 기차표 예약에 여권 정보를 필요로 하는지.. 티켓에 그 신상 정보가 기제되지도 않는데..
그리고 이 메일과 연락처 이름 등만 있으면 되는데..Spicy Queen
Either can’t book a ticket or wasted money
The app only loads available tickets in English sometimes.
I reserved two tickets on this app and when I got onto the train the ticket checker said I didn’t confirm my tickets after purchasing (after showing him the confirmation email) he said I was refunded anyway and made us pay for a standing spot. I checked my banking app and was never refunded. After going to the ticket desk when I arrived at 용산역 they said it was too late to do anything about it now.
After trying to use it in Korean, it wouldn’t accept my payment via a Korean bank card from a Korean bank (NH). Gave up hope on the app, many others had similar issues.Show lessCoryyv

You can do better than this!! I purchased a train ticket via app English language and wanted a confirmation ticket to check what seat I was at; it came up blank and showed no information about what seat I was on or what platform to go to; I was absolutely lost, didn’t have credit to call customer service, almost missed my train. An absolute disaster. Very disappointed about how fancy the app is when you go on Korean version compared to the English version. Step your game up Team.Show lessGreenbird1109
Cant pay using foreign card
Please fix app to where users can use foreign cards. Cant purchase tickets ahead of time...lanfnwuofnc
An already terrible app gets worse
Looking up tickets stopped working the second I set foot on the train and hasn't worked for a week now...thanks, didn't need to showy ticket to the free loader already in my seat.
Now Korail seems to have moved to a new payment system and it doesn't even work. I can't even use this app for it's intended purpose, booking a train ticket!
Being a foreigner in Korea is already hard with the way ID and banking systems are stacked against you but this just made it even worse. I haven't even touched on the issues that already existed with the app.
Terrible UI, system is slow and unresponsive half the time, it's a gamble if the thing will even work. Korea is supposed to be a technological marvel and leader in the worldwide transition into the fourth industrial revolution but apps like this sincerely make me doubt that.Show lessKorail Hater
Worst app ever
With Korea being the forerunner in much of the world’s technological advancement, you’d think they’d have managed to develop a functioning train app. Think again.
This app is slow and unresponsive. Clicking often entirely ignored (for instance in agreeing to terms). After several attempts to book my train to Busan at the weekend, I finally got to the ‘check out’ bit, but again, my click to confirm was useless. I tried it all again, with no luck. Half an hour wasted.
It’s actually easier to walk to the nearest train station and get your ticket there. I’ll never waste my time with this stupid app again.Show lessjimbles_87
모든 기능에 로그인 요구...
현재 외국에 살고있고 한국방문시 이용할 KTX예매와 할인상품 편하게 볼려구 어플 다운로드 했는데 모든기능에 로그인이 요구되서 확인조차도 할수가없네요ㅠ 바로 어플지웠습니다 (한국 핸드폰번호가 없어회원가입도 불가하네요ㅠ)camille77123

You can buy your ticket no problem, but pulling up your purchased ticket later to view it never works..Ahhhahaha
Terrible
I used this app to reserve a ticket only to find out that the only way to find out my seat number (other than queue up forever) was on here. No matter how many times I logged on, it still wouldn’t show up and I ended up having to phone up customer service whist on the train to find out where my seat was. As well as this, the only way they’d give me this basic info was for me to read my full credit card number out aloud and in front of other passengers. Terrible service.Show lessBritinDaegu
