Works well
I’ve been using this app to pay for the washers/dryers at my building for about a year now, and it’s always a fast, convenient way to pay for laundry without having to search for change.
Only one time so far have I had an issue where my phone ran a transaction, but then dropped connection from the machine. I sent a message to customer support and literally within 10 minutes, I had my refund. Reviewing for the great customer support.

Dumbest app
I had so many issue with this app. Even as an engineer I know the app has many flaws. I was so frustrated about the machine not working after the transection is completed. I feel like they are stealing my money. I believe the app shouldn’t be used by anyone.

Convenient and Almost Perfect
I really like the convenience of the app. I really want the notifications to be better. I get texts when my loads are done, which is awesome, but they’re never accurate. I add 10-15 mins, sometimes more. I also have to reset the app sometimes because it won’t connect with the machines.
Great customer service
Honestly the only two downfalls about this app is sometimes the app doesn’t fully connect with the machine and still charges you... (not sure if it’s because it’s an older washing machine, or poor connection) but they will fully refund you for those issues with no questions!! The other is the notifications. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Super understanding customer service representatives!!

I personally like the app and the accessibility it provides. The customer service is great and timely whenever a machine malfunctions and for that I’ll give the app 5 stars.

The app performs well, but it is not without faults. There are some glitches that occur on occasion. The customer service is excellent, and they respond very quickly and always solve address any concerns.

A machine did not turn on when I had payed my tokens. I wrote customer service and had my tokens returned within 1 hour.

I had been charged for an out of order washer and within 1 hour of sending an email i received a response and they had refunded. That is too fast and more specifically on a Saturday Night.
