App new release
App constantly needs a new release and every time it does you have to hope that it works. Currently I select “update app” and it takes me to the play store. Which tells me the app is up to date and only option is to open the app. Repeat steps… Even when I uninstall and reinstall the same symptoms exists. This is now the 3rd time I have dealt with this nonsense and I rely very heavily on this major app to work for my JSM clients who are 24/7 support. App is great when it works but with constant new releases you're always playing with fire. I get the idea of agile and sprint planning but QC is virtually nowhere in the equation with normal smoke tests like the app launching properly after new release is installed.Show lessjon jon tee
Unable to Load Atlassian Site, Can’t Log in
Since the site doesn’t load on Safari (the page briefly flashes then turns white), I cannot log in to the app... I don’t have this loading issue with other sites. The only page I could find that would sort of load from the Atlassian site was the about us page.Attosecond

Good but misses key features
This app is good but not good enough. I find it surprising that there is no easy way to view epics. There is the timeline view which is not as user friendly as the web view.
A strategizing app like this should provide a proper hierarchies view of goals -> epics -> issues -> tasks nav. That’s missing. Without this a planner and project manager is just lost in all the details and has to weed through too many signals to figure what’s going on. This should be a Quick Look up info but that’s not what the app can provide.Show lessGdexter2

It was helpful to have access via the app on my iPhone but not only does the latest app not work on my phone, the previous version of the app has been bricked by it no longer doing anything other than tell me I need to update the app to continue…
One more reason to look for another option to Jira…Iamwahl

Hi, can you please send us an email to jira-mobile@atlassian.com with your Jira instance URL and the email address you use for logging in? Also if you can verify that you still receive email notifications, and that on the web the Notifications drawer (on left sidebar) still working fine. We'll have this issue checked. Thank you for the feedback. Our decision to remove support for iOS15 was not taken lightly. We made this decision to continue providing the best user experience for our users, some of which was only available to us in iOS16 & later.
