Great tool for developers
In any time, anywhere, you are able to see what is about your ticket. There is no bugs, no freezing app and etc which make your life harder. But only one suggestion from my side would be some future (some graph or table) which give you opportunity to see actual sprint as on browser. It could be good one! Regards for developers! Much Improved
The Jira Cloud app for iOS keeps getting better every release. I find it super useful for staying on track when I step away from my desk.coldiebear
Love it but
You can link a service desk issue but you can not create one. This is really important when you are on the road and get a request that does not have a issue. I have to open my laptop just to create it. Yes you can create it then go to link it but you don’t get all the notes brought overCountability
Certain formatting still needs work
At my company we heavily use tables in Jira. They look and work great for comments and descriptions for covering action items and other data. My issue is that these don't display at all, in either the description or the comments, so I'm often forced to the web version to see these important details.
Otherwise, the app is running great and ya'll have done great squashing bugs and giving us a decent mobile version.Show lessNocfenix

Need improve
I think that this will need improve in projects management, either is very difficult review different projects that have differents workflows. I think that is necessary make changes in projects format to able best manage that resources.neodemio
Better than the website but needs more features
I much prefer to use the app rather than the website. It's snappy and focused, the website feels really cluttered by comparison. Unfortunately the app is missing a few key features to make it a full fledged replacement of the website for me. I'm banking on a great implementation of swimlanes to finally say goodbye to the website!Show lesscenopounds

Hello team, here’s an annoyance: the app periodically logs me out AND can’t grab my password from my keychain/face id. Those two things together makes the app pretty infuriating to use.. and inferior compared to any other app requiring login. come on, it’s 2018 !Zikentok
