Leave a Review Jira Cloud by Atlassian
Not a fan of the mobile version
The UX and usability of the mobile version is not very good… I understand that the amount of information to display is huge but everytime I am away and I need to work in emergency with Jira I need to find a way to open my desktop…Won’t open properly
It’s 2023. When I click a link in my mobile email it should open the app to the specific JIRA. Instead it takes me to login on my browser. Which says click link to open app. Which takes me to the App Store. No Search or ability to see Done
So you can search an active board (e.g. A sprint). But I see no method of searching all tickets of any status. Nor any view to see done. I struggle to actually see the point of having an app without the most fundamental aspect of locating Jiras. Otherwise it seems like a good app.Printing issues
Print to Word or Excel format with 20 and more pages is too much! When we used the Sanbix it was compacted to 1, max 2 pages of Word/Excel, Notepad formats. Also Sandbox has option to separate the place of work by name… nothing like that in Jira - if I should go to the same place to do all requests from there it’s a nightmare to separate from others work sites requestsShow lessEasy to use
Not hard for web user to adaptDecent app. Let us use it in MacOS too
May e I’m one of the last people who prefer an app to a web site, but I cannot use my iPad all day long. Atlassian has but to “push a button” for us to use their iPad app on MacOS which is why I cannot understand why it’s not available.
We pay more tha. Enough for our subscription, which is why it’s hard to understand why you let people download the Jira/Confluence Server (on-prem) iPad apps on MacOS, but not the “Cloud” version. What’s going on here?Show lessA very useful companion app
The new UI in the latest update looks good. !!!Excellent
All basic feature of the service desk are present in the app. I can easily reply to client and coordinate the service desk from my phone. Well done Atlassian!Great mobile/tablet app, with some improvement it could be 5*
My team relies on providing estimates at the start of each sprint, and on desktop estimates can be seen from the backlog without having to tap on a specific ticket (they’re visible in the ticket card). It’d be 5* if we could see the estimates on the cards in the same way on the app (in the backlog and sprint view), as well as having the ability to show next task in the sprint (from specific columns) in a widget!Show lessBest app in class
This is an amazing and easy to use app to manage group work projects
