Was great but hate the updated app
I loved this scale and app before the update to this app. Why change something that was working great. Now it is not syncing with the scale properly. The app is recording the wrong weight. The scale says one number but the app says something different. So frustrating! If the app is not registering the correct weight it is useless. Also, I do not like all the extra stats on the main screen. When I step on the scale I want to see my weight with the change. All the other stats are great to have, just not immediately when you step on the scale as the change in weight is harder to see. Can we revert back to the old app. Btw, my app has the latest update that is suppose to have big fixes, but it is still garbage and not working correctly.Show lessTeatm
Cannot find the smart rope
Just cannot search the smart rope with this app! And the Chinese version is not available in this App Store overseas.happybaby2013
Stop lying and trying to block my scale
Your app keeps saying I have Chinese version of scale and it cannot connect to the non Chinese app! That’s a lie, it’s been working in the app for me and still does, I just have to close the app to make the fake warning go away! Does the job.
This app does everything I need, but a few improvements:
1) the password can only be <16 characters. The password I tried to use was 18 so a bit annoying.
2) the common unit of measure in the UK for weight is stone, but this app only has pounds or kilograms.jamiet147
What Happened?
This new app update looks way worse than the old version. I want to go back to the older version. I weigh myself each morning and I can’t connect to my scale two or three times a week. The prior version of the app always connected. The scale is awesome, but the app is the worst. How can the developers release an app that is worse than the prior version? Update fail
Wish I could roll back the update, the new visual UI is terrible and it now refuses to connect to Bluetooth at least 50% of the time.Bfg900
Very poor app
When I first purchased my scale the available app was much more intuitive. It wasn’t perfect but it was usable. The current version is terrible. After using it for a couple of months I still can’t navigate it. It is finicky. When I see an app like this it is obvious that it was designed by someone who doesn’t actually use the app. To them I am sure it must make sense. Definitely not to me.Show lessjohnderekh
Appalling update
You had a great app and inexplicably decided to replace it with something that’s less functional, more complicated and mostly broken.

I find this update totally unusable - the simple interface to record weight and keep track has been replaced by something I don’t want or need and, what’s worse, doesn’t update when I measure my weight - please, please upload the old version for people like me! Thanks ps I don’t like the new colour scheme either...Show lessXgraj
Doesn’t sync anymore
Before this massive update the scale did sync and work perfectly. Now I can only write down the weight but nothing else as no information is being sent to my phone.
