Poor tech
However, instead of upgrading my current subscription the app added another subscription to my account. So now I am paying for two subscriptions. The worst thing was that I still couldn’t access any of the classes. Whenever I try to access the class the app asks me to upgrade and then tells me that I have already upgraded. When I contacted customer support they seemed clueless and then told me the bug had been fixed and closed the ticket as resolved. However I still can’t access the classes. When I asked for my money back they told me that the issue had been fixed which is not correct. Their backend and customer service are poor which spoils the whole user experience. It is a bit of a shame as the variety and quality of the exercise classes are top standard.
