I wanted to start this routine and had read the Reddit post a couple times, but I still wasn't sure of exactly what to do. This app makes it INSANELY easy to do the exercises with the correct rest periods.Good app

This app is wonderful. It creates a unique workout everyday separated into 3 parts: warmup, mobility, and strength. It tracks your progress with a built-in counter and a built-in timer. It has a video demonstrating proper execution of each exercise. You simply select your level of fitness and begin your workout and it's free. This app is amazing. I use this app for stretching after my strength training. The only suggestion I have for making this app better is to allow sign in via Facebook or Google. And allow synchronization over multiple smart devices. Otherwise, great work developers! Keep up the amazing job.Great and simple
Title says it all ^ .. Very easy to use for beginners if you don't know what you're doing and need a head start on building strength, mobility, and/or flexibility. :) 10/10
