Doesn’t allow payments
The app gives an error message when I try to make a payment saying “access the payment gateway to perform one time payments and more.” I can only see my bill and Bill, history and payment history using the app.Gary Tree
Aweful experience
This is supposed to be easy to be able to easily access my account and pay my bill without having to CALL! It used to work but lately it’s aweful!!! Fix this problem so I can pay online!Jandoz

Worst app
I never write reviews for apps but this one is so incredibly bad. It’s completely unusable. None of the buttons work. The payment option button never loads anything and if it does it’s a blank screen. The app doesn’t remember any of my information along with recurring payments. Leading to me getting mail about me being late on my payment. Please fix this app so I can pay my bills!Show lessharrods14
Terrible app
This app looks like it was made by a 14 year old. It’s difficult to navigate, I can’t make payments sometimes because it’s truly unusable. Certain pages do not load, links are unclickable. Please just spend a little money and hire someone to do a halfway decent job in fixing this app because it is truly bad.Show lessHeieiskejn

Worst app
Similar to other users, this app is terrible. Says it was last updated 4yrs ago and it shows. Not sure what’s going on over the last few months, but now I cannot even get on to pay. For some reason, my autopay just stopped working and I had to call in after I received a notice in the mail- no notification or anything. Please spend some time and money working on this app, it’s the worst thing I’ve seen in quite some time.Show lessKJCaramel
