Worst app I’ve ever used
This app does not allow me to pay my bill like 80% of the time I use it. None of the buttons or links work. EVEN THE MOBILE WEBSITE DOESNT WORK. figure this out if you want me to pay my bill 😡annassuggestions
Cannot pay through the app
At some point in the past 6 months you are no longer able to pay through the app. When you select to pay the bill, it takes you to the payment center were you are not able to proceed. You are stuck on a screen and not able to do anything. You get the following message.

I can’t pay my bill with this app anymore. It keeps redirecting me to choose an account and when I choose my account nothing happens. Have to go through the website.Hallie1637374747

This app is horrible, it is unusable for me. Doesn’t react when I tap any buttons except login, doesn’t allow me to use autofill for login credentials, and also doesn’t accept my password after I copy pasted it (I know password is correct because I generated it with my Apple password keychain and only copy paste it when I use it.) It is basically a copy of their terrible website which is also unusable on both my phone and my computer. I’ve always had trouble with both the app and website but used to be able to get one of them to work (after several tries) every time I needed to pay. Now neither one works at all. I just want to pay my bill without having to call in. Extremely frustrating!Show lesslogank94

Worst online website ever
This is ridiculous. I’ve been trying to pay my bill for three months now I still can’t login. This is unacceptable. MSD must be run by a bunch of inbreds. This website is on acceptable and ridiculous. How many times I have to give out my routing number my checking number it is very unsafe.Too much capital
Probably the most annoying app I’ve ever used.
It freezes all the time and I have to turn off my phone and go back in. For some reason it is also really hard to get a payment in successfully . I pay all my bills online. I’m not saying I don’t mess up every now and the. But with this app it’s everytime.JMUR
Works sometimes…
The “Make a payment” button has never worked, but until recently I could use the “Login” button and make a payment from there. Now that doesn’t work either. User name and password fields are not properly recognized by the system keychain or 3rd party password manager apps either, so I always have to leave the app and find my password.
