Very frustrating!
While I have had issues getting the camera to respond and move around for the past year now I’m ready to throw it against the wall! Upgraded my phone to the iPhone 11 and can not get the camera to connect! So now it has become useless. Wondering if it is the IOS 13 upgrade causing the problem. I see you guys haven’t updated your app for 7 months - what’s the deal??

I’d give it 5 stars but....
One of the cameras always goes out. I mean everyday I’ve had to reset the darn thing. The picture is either all white or all black or some kind of fuschia night vision thing going on like a Predator View. So do we have to send one camera back?

Great App, Great Camera
Really easy to use and works as intended. Only problem that I have is that the motion alarms use the UID instead of the custom camera names.

My girlfriend and I got this camera for our pet duck. He has seizures and when we are away we line to check on him. It works great!

System works when it wants too. Sometimes works on WiFi but never on 4g. I’ve checked all settings and double checked. Reset / rebooted and still don’t work. Waste of time,absolute crap.

Use this for a camera at home. It works fine. Never had any problems with the app or camera. I receive app notifications when motion is detected which is recorded to SD card and I can set the camera to timed recording to record all day, custom time setting or not at all.
Can’t really say much else other than it does everything I need it to do.

Only works with WiFi
My app only works with WiFi it doesn’t work when I’m out of the house with mobile data?
Gets the job done.
Purchased 2 cameras and I am satisfied with the cameras and the app. Does what you are looking for in a good priced surveillance camera. Could use other settings though, like preset camera angles that you could just select when you want. But I still recommend the product.

But my power went out and when I tried to reconnect it the camera password was saying I was entering it wrong. I emailed the company last week and still haven’t heard back. Nice camera but bad support!!
