Last Update Caused a Problem
Following the last update to this app, a sporadic problem now exists. While in the app and signed in, when I navigate between folders, the app appears to reinitialize and takes me to the inbox. I pay for the privilege of using EarthLink only because I’ve had the email addy so long that it’s on all my business and finances. The app is useless. I can’t even use the block option not once because it’s not optimized for mobile and the windows overlap and I can’t access the block button. When I tried to access HELP it simply kicked me to the old People PC page with dead links. I can’t access my inbox or setting there to even attempt to block a spamming address via full website. I’ve reported it for spam about 20 times yet the spam catcher lets it go right to my inbox.Show lessDeveloper Response

Shocking how bad this app is: takes up to 2 mins to load (when the Apple mail app pulls from the same API and loads in seconds); tapping the tiny box next to each message results in opening the message or checks the box next to another message at least 50% of the time - this makes selecting junk messages to delete an arduous task. You can’t actually empty (delete all messages from) the trash folder from the app. There are a host of other issues, but using this mail app is a miserable experience. And to think I pay a monthly subscription fee for it probably reflects worse on my judgement than the app.Show less
