Getting started
-Below are a few tips for navigating the myEarthLink® app.
-You will need to provide your EarthLink email address and password to check your EarthLink email, your account status, as well as pay your bill online. You will be asked to enter this information when necessary.
-If you want to check another EarthLink email account, you will need to log out first. Click the My Account tab and select the Logout button.
-When you first open the myEarthLink® app you will receive several prompts asking for permissions. Select “Allow” to take advantage of the full functionality of the app.

It seemed as though the webmail would open and or stall more often on iPhone since a few months ago. Now when I sign in, I am asked if I want to download EarthLink app. I go to the App Store on iOS and nothing different shows up. Lately, I have noticed when I try to sign of webmail on laptop, it takes another attempt to complete. My question is: what is the latest version of EarthLink webmail? I installed and uninstalled my EarthLink app on iPhone with no improvement. Thank you for letting me express my thoughts.
