A Repeated and Regular Mess
The app is fine but the people and service behind the app are not. After all, I am ordering food to eat, not an app...
Just go have a look at all the negative and unanswered reviews on Hellopeter. Daily people are being wronged and no attempts whatsoever are made to fix their mistakes. My suggestion is to avoid the app to avoid the issues.Show lessJoffs69

Never responds to food delivery issues
You log an issue on the app and they never get back to you and there’s no contact details to log a complaint. So basically there is no recourse- even when half your order is missing!Faara2011

This app is fantastic but I think it’s been manipulated by delivery drivers, when my order is perfect the leave a review menu automatically pops up when it’s ruined it never does and it’s impossible to complain about a certain driver, I will delete this app if this issues doesn’t go awayJason Em
