Lockdown Service
There is simply not enough drivers for them to be offering to operate during this time. Their servers are overloaded with requests and any action will usually result in waiting a minute for an error to pop up.

No tracking, no delivery, no service
Made use of the service this past weekend. The app confirmed order and debited my account. No delivery of the order (2 hours later), no call center (no one answering), and finally no communication. The worst part is that Mr Delivery did not take any accountability or actions to address their no delivery (or try to make up for their mistakes), and started responding to customer issues (logged on the app), a day later (multiple people using multiple restaurants all had the same issues, which shows this was a Mr D issue). I raised complaints 5 times, and Mr Delivery just ignored it. Terrible customer service and approach.Show lessT321321
Expensive
The details for the items are miscasting sometimes. It is also very expensive compared to Uber eats. After lockdown, I will be going back to Uber eats. Drivers are efficient though.Bronwyn_Writes
OCR Copeling
1) the Mr D app just did not work when it came to paying with a credit card. I tried all my cards and my wife’s. There was no question of not being within our limit. The little rounded just kept on turning and turning. In desperation I chose cash and order went through.
Food cold when it arrived so had to reheat.

No Credit Cards
I like the service but the credit card payment does not work. I tried Amex, Visa and MasterCard, none work. Mr.D says it is my cards. It is not, it is their App.
EFT and cash are the only ways you can use their service.€#¥!?
Payment rejected all the time
I tried 5 different credit card from different country. They all get rejected. Very disappointing.huffy_15

Glitchy App
The service is great and at times I opt to use MrD instead of Uber Eats (have had a few bad experiences with them). However, I often make an order on the app and it glitches and closes. When I open the app back up there’s nothing to indicate that I’ve just made an order. There have also been times where I open to track the status of my order and the app glitches and closes. This is quite frustrating and sometimes leaves me thinking if the order has even gone through or not.Show lessNinaBee068
