Dr. Susie Pae. I just had my yearly
physical with Dr. Pae. We went over many things, and I really like Dr. Pae. She has always been thorough and has given me terrific advice. She is a dedicated doctor always caring, supportive, kind and empathetic. She is encouraging and understanding and helps me to achieve my
goals. She is really smart, a great listener
and respects how I advocate for my health which is so important and deeply admired.
She is very nice. I truly feel that she gets how much time and energy I put in with regard to my health. She knows how important it is for me to have the very best doctors on my health care team. I am extremely grateful

Thank you so much, everyone at Cedars-Sinai. It was truly one of the most memorable moments in my life. The whole experience from starting with Claire making appointments in Dr Makkar’s office, to meeting with Dr Makkar and Michelle and all along the way with all the clinical staff. Every inch of the way was very much of a blessing to me.

Best ever!!! Everything you need in this fabulous app!! I have access to my appointments, test results, letters, and everything else regarding my medical care. Easy to message my Dr and it seems like I get a faster response using it. All my team of Drs are listed with pictures so I don’t have to worry about trying to remember all their contact information. Too much
Cedars sends me too much on this app!! I see 4 or 5 drs, they send too much and it piles up!! It dosent go away, even whn u click on it!! Each item shld have a “dismiss” button!! I had to put a stop to ANY TEXTS, there were so many!! Most of this stuff can b emailed!! Stop forcing me to do th pre- checkin, i dnt do it!! Not necc!! I c too many drs!! In order to do a video u have to!! Thts wrong!! Its a process to eliminate medications so i gave up ever reviewing tht list!! I just let each dr know of any changes whn i go there!Show lessShaunpaul

I come from a small town in Northern California. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of April 2022. The doctors in Northern California were able to do the ultrasound and mammogram and give me a diagnosis but they did also say the best treatment for you will be in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills Cedar Sinai Medical Center. I temporary moved to Los Angeles for my treatment and from day one after my 2.5 week insurance nightmare was approved, I have received the best care from the doctors all the way down to the valet parking.Show lessCleanwrightup

Getting an appointment with your doctor at
Cedar Sinai is next to impossible. We knew when this corporation purchased so many of Southern California doctors practices that our medical care would not be as good. The fact that you can’t always see your dedicated doctor because they are kept so busy with all of the patients they pack into their schedule is annoying and disappointing . Patients need to feel secure. Going to a doctor that knows you and your history is a major part of feeling that security.Show lesshowhol

I am very disappointed that I pushed the button to update this app. The previous version was 5 stars. I could easily see a graph of past test results. Now, that feature simply doesn’t exist. Appointments could be arranged and viewed in the app. Now, I must leave the app to set or view appointments.
The documentation did not warn me that features would be lost. The words enhancement or upgrade should not be associated with this application downgrade.

Excellent place to be specially if patient experiences anxiety before a procedure. Everyone, specially doctors and nurses are so professional, calm and reassuring.
My trip to this place started out negative, from the time I was looking for the place where I can get the COVID test up to the time I was given instructions as to where I can go to register. People I encountered seemed so unfriendly and unhappy. After I registered, I was accompanied to the floor where I waited to be called to prepare for my surgery and from that time on my bad experience was overshadowed by my great experience with the workers on the third floor. Thank you Dr. Kasari for a job well done as my surgeon. Thank you to my anesthesiologist and everyone who prepared me for my surgery. Thank you to all who called to give instructions and follow ups, you have made me feel at ease going through the procedure of my surgery. May God bless Cedars-Sinai Hospital and its excellent workers’

Dr. Mamoo Nakamura & his team including the incoming staff & also the after surgery treatment was very much appreciated.
A couple of the nurses or aides were rather rude when they came to check on me after being admitted for the night.
The Dr. who came in to visit/check on me the day after surgery was lovely.

It‘s a great way to see all of your results for ONE medical group. It would be such a benefit to actually allow all doctor offices and medical groups link to this app. This would make it PERFECT keeping all medical details in one place. There are certain doctors I will NEVER change, so it is sad that the CS group has no access to these details, which in my opinion would be such a benefit!Show lessGaLi2022
