  • CS LINK - AMAZING

What an amazing user-friendly can this portal be. Surely, in my experience it has been the most effective way to communicate & to be in-touch with our doctors and getting results of lab, all sorts of blood tests & other tests in a a very short time which is so vital to us patients, has been so helpful to give us peace of mind from minute to minute.

    Thank you CS Link!

  • My abdominal surgery

I came in on Thursday with severe pain and was admitted for an ekg and when my heart was ruled out they immediately took me for a ct scan and found it was a blockage in my small colon. Antonio in the ER was amazing. Dr Melo did the surgery and I was moved into 8810 where all the nurses and helpers there were wonderful. I would highly recommend Cedars-Sinai to everyone!
My thanks to all. Linda Kaplan

  • Problem with last update

The app itself is fine but since this most recent update the TouchID log in does not work. I have to attempt to activate it every time Iog in, it will say it is now active, but then fail upon the first attempt to use it on the next log in. Basically, I’m back to having to enter a userid and password every time.

  • Very Convenient

Here’s the ugly: The design and interface in this app are heinous - which is boggling, because Southern California is full of talented UI designers. That being said the app is probably the most convenient aspect of patient care technology that ever existed. Thank you for putting this together and the attempt to make it a pleasant experience. It’s very bizarre how ugly it is, it’s like having a hospital lobby look like a shanty town but having the best and cleanest patient experience in town.

  • Quality Healthcare

I recently received a notice in the mail that my group of my insurance plan would be changing. At first I experienced some anxiety, as I’ve had to get a whole new set of doctors. But when Dr. Yalda Azarmehr video called me this Sunday afternoon, she ensured that she was getting all of my information accurately recorded. She even told me that one of the other new doctors that I will be seeing is really excellent. While I haven’t met Dr. Azarmehr in person yet, I feel extremely confident in her care as my Primary Physician. Thank you and bravo to Cedars-Sinai for this excellent first impression in my medical care.

  • Difficulty w/ sending a message

I attempted several times last night to send a message to Dr Cruz. It would not allow me to send as the send icon was not lit. Finally after several attempts, it allowed such. It would have been helpful to have a live assistance, or chat w/ customer service rep available to assist. I could find no ph# to call or any option to help me w; technical difficulties!
    Very aggravating.
Also, once my message was in the process of being sent, the app notified me that my mail had been successfully sent. Today, I went to look to check if my message had been received or delivered. No options to check. Couldn’t even see the message I sent.

  • Great people giving great service

I have been with Cedars-Sinai for a couple of years now since my mom has started working there. And I can honestly say they really care about their patients. I have not had one bad experience. They make you feel like they really care about you.... which they do. They always ask questions to make sure they have all the information they need. One of the best!!!!

  • Dr. Jignesh Patel and staff

After having two previous cardiologists and an electrocardiologist, the first cardiologist did absolutely nothing for me for a long time and could have prevented me from ending up with Heart Failure. Then I had two failed catheter ablations and had a severe anaphylactic reaction on the second and procedure and the doctor wanting to schedule surgery for a Pacemaker.

Fortunately for me, a very good friend, Kathy Jo Nuttal Peterson, asked me to please give Dr. Patel a chance and get a second opinion. Seeing Dr. Patel and his staff, Cedar’s Electrophysiologist and staff is the best decision I could have ever made. I’m post-one year now. I’m in Stage A, but Dr. Patel has been so amazing by wanting to treat me first with medicine, and my heart is functioning almost normally now when my ejection fraction had been borderline.

I am just so very grateful I was referred to Dr. Patel and Cedar’s Sinai. Thank you very much for giving me more years to live with my broken heart.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

  • Kim Schulte, husband

Hate your terrible program. Who wrote this untested junk? Why did you implement such a piece of crap.
It does not allow you to go back to previous pages, it took 2.5 hours with your “expert” trying to walk us through the program re starting it at least 9 times. It would not take the input for known medications even though they were in the drop down of medications. It would not accept the “family history “.
Today it after sending an alert to an upcoming visit sign in, it did not allow the VISIT button to appear in order to sign into the check in log.
Additionally, your nickname continually says nickname is taken .

  • Still needs work

I was able to connect, but during the checkup, the app would cut out and I would have to reopen the interview several times. My husband was unable to get his phone to connect despite working w the my Cedars link person. They said it was a server problem. So my husband’s checkup was conducted by a phone call combined w Dr Russell viewing him from my phone connection.
