  • Very fortunate!

All my doctors are extraordinary, there is one in particular my primary physician Dr. Kawashiri and His entire staff are amazing. My husband and I are super seniors We have always been met with kindness, dignity and reassurance of any issues.
My CSLink has been a great tool for us to Communication to our doctors. Dr. Kawashiri always responds speedily!!!

  • Love the app and my doctor

I love how easy this app makes appointments, tracking results, any and all info you can get from it. It makes waiting on hold for info useless. Also - it makes it super easy for your doctor to communicate with you.
  • Great for Communication

This app is extremely useful for communicating with your providers and also for receipt of test results (especially during the pandemic when I’ve had multiple COVID-19 tests due to exposure). It also houses your information so you have everything in one place and can see what your providers are seeing. I highly recommend you download if you are a Cedars patient.

  • Best decision I could have made

I have never been admitted to a hospital for an overnight stay, but I have visited people and stayed with my mom when she was admitted a few times at other hospitals. Cedars-Sinai is AMAZING! Every staff member I have met has been kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The nurses are EXCEPTIONAL!!! I feel so blessed to be here. Dr. Andrew Li and his team are WONDERFUL and highly SKILLED and very CARING. Thank you all so much.

  • Communication from client to Dr. and Dr. to client

My experiences with my provider never got off on a good start: was put in an examination room and left there for Thirty minutes…I could here staff talking and laughing in the room to my left side where Thermometer is attached to wall… I knocked on the wall several times but no response…When I made my Dr. aware of this it was met with an indifferent attitude and quickly apologized… And admitted she heard the Knocks…😳!
At this same appointment during first visit my symptoms of Covid I shared with my Dr, (which had taken place 2-3 month prior) … were not heard… And an extra vile of my blood was ordered and never used (according to your lab)…?
My Dr. told me among routine blood work she was going to order a “Blood Test For My Bone Density)… to this date it has not been done…???
However after waiting I now have one scheduled far away into October…?
This is just a small part of my experience and don’t have space or time to share how I ended up in Emergency a week ago… (lacking a Rx for my sensor for my Diabetes…!
    Genuinely Sincere,

  • App is not logical, frustrating to use

This app has clever transition animations but is extremely unintuitive and frustrating to use. There are 2 menus - a pop up and a totally different one you get when you swipe right. The latter logs you out every time you use it. How exactly are you supposed to get back to the home page from the test results screen? There’s a random initial up top which you might think will take you back to another screen, but it’s unclickable and apparently inaccessible. I’m surprised there are so many good reviews though they seem to be for the medical care and not the app. Whoever made this needs to hire for UX, not just UI.

  • Review

Our routine appointments (annual physicals) have been lengthily delayed, current appointment (mammogram) is in unknowing and new appointment (colonoscopy) has not been scheduled. But those appointments are not in urgent scale while I’m feeling fine and believing CS is operating on different definition of priorities during this pandemic so I still highly think of my CS and trust and love it.

  • Love This App

There is nothing better than being able to review all your test results, medical team notes and other health related documents all in one place.

The only problem I have with the app is that Cedars network doctors don’t post my information online, providers like Tower Urology.

    It’s the missing link.

  • An Independent Hospital

The way this hospital is run, the way they answer the phones promptly. There is such a high standard in the hospital even in the lobby. They are great doctors and nurses all over America and the world but it feels like this hospital has all of them in one place!
It has a strong/happy energy about it and a sweetness. Cedars also takes care of people who fly in from ALL over the world…weather they can afford it or not!
(no matter where they’re from or who they are) An extraordinary and advanced creation.

  • Profile picture removal made impossible

The app itself is fine, but not a single person can assist in changing or removing your profile picture. CS keeps telling me they don’t have access and that the dr’s office that put it in should be able to remove it. The dr’s office tells me they can’t do it and to contact CS app support or CS. No one can assist. No one knows how to do it and of course you can’t do it on your own user profile. Who made this app?
The frustration with trying to fix something so minor is absurd.
