Malfunctioning System - Do Not Upgrade
We have had the QRS CD player system for decades with no issues, paid thousands of dollars to upgrade to this latest and greatest and every time we use it we have major issues. It suddenly gets disconnected from the network and needs to be completely restarted, won’t load song library, won’t connect new devices anymore, songs won’t play or will stop playing suddenly, cannot easily search songs, playlists get deleted. Even when it is working, it’s the most difficult app to use and isn’t intuitive at all. I cannot begin to describe all the glitches and problems. So disappointed. Great music, terrible app
The music is great if you can get it to play. Lots of trouble connecting to the piano. The song search does not always work correctly, you have to search albums and look for songs in the albums.MartyEl
Great system TERRIBLE app
The QRS system is just fantastic. I love the library of music and the sound this system elicits from my piano—really fantastic.
That said, the app is TERRIBLE. It crashes repeatedly—nearly every time that I try to use it. It is supposed to connect to the QRS device over the WiFi network on which the QRS device streams music however the app often can’t find the QRS device on the network and I have to specifically connect to the QRS setup WiFi to go through the setup again.

Frustrating
The app loses contact frequently. Hard to get reconnected.

Half the time (or more) it doesn’t find the piano. Have to refresh multiple times, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.Erik J L
So many bugs and problems
I got my qrs system two days ago, and this app has had nonstop issues. It quits unexpectedly. Out of no where the secondary audio stops working even with audio not muted. You need to unplug and replug the piano to get this working again. There is no differentiating songs that have voice and other instruments from those that are just piano. When you select a song in a playlist or album, the piano plays a random different song and not the one selected! Support experience has been terrible. The staff either don’t respond or respond so delayed as to be unhelpful. I am literally shocked given how much the system costs. I am seriously considering returning the system. My recommendation to qrs is to hire a better app developer and start from square one. Rather then recommending this system, I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU DO NOT PURCHASE until these issues are addressed!Show lesskuanesthesia
Needs updates
This app will let you search but will not allow you to choose a song to play. It will default back to a random song and refuses to play the song you want to listen to! Needs updates ASAP !El Jefe 951
Embarrassing
Trying to show this to a customer . And it never works right.wont connect to the piano. Makes us look like idiots.
Once it connects, 1 hour after customer leaves. Then it still won’t work right .
But they do make a solid player . Just hooking it up is a tricky process.
