Works great when you have a robust network connection
This app does exactly what it promises when you have a solid network connection with good bandwidth. Anyone having issues needs to consider other typical networking issues.PianoManLA
NEEDS TO BE UPDATED
It is so buggy, it looks like garbage and I don’t want to install them for clients anymore because their user experience isn’t great. The system itself is amazing and has great emotion in the playback but for this to still be a garbage interface is unacceptable. You need to hire someone to come in and overhaul it to bring it into the 21st century. Prodigy is coming after you. They have the user interface but don’t have the music selection. You do. It quit working
It used to work about half of the time. Now, the app cannot find the piano on the network despite it working from a different phone. Doesn’t work at all now. Very frustrating given the cost of the player system.sbtv1

This app is terribly written and the interface does not happen. Need lots of work, and when you finally get in the app is not user friendly at allCole :)

Purchased in January and it worked well for about a month...new updates cause piano to lose connection with iPhone.Harkas72
DONT UPGRADE!
This wireless system keeps shutting down for no reason at all looking for a network. App rarely works. No tech support after 9pm Central so when it suddenly stops playing reach for your transistor radio because you won’t be listening to your piano any time soon unless you know how twinkle those ivory’s yourself ! I am VERY disappointed after spending a fortune on was was sold as the best system in the market. Right. I want my old unit back!!!Show lessAlcheMia1
Works only half the time.
Works only half the time. It only works on the local wi-fi to the Piano (10.3.2.1). Not across your home network. The app shows you can connect via Bluetooth, but when you try to connect via the app, you have to go back to the 10.3.2.1 connection.
If you do connected to our home Wi-Fi, your SSID cannot be hidden. If it is hidden the piano will not connect to it.
These are only a few of the issues. Needs a lot of work.Show lessouman28
Inconsistent
App works occasionally on iPad and rarely on iPhone. I've had this system for the last 5 years and I've had to have it serviced 3 times and app is always sketchy.

Great Technology
Unique and high end. You can enjoy tons of piano geared music from your phone. Only four stars because the app/controller needs some work. But, given what it does, i.e., plays a whole piano from a phone, tablet, watch, or laptop, it's great. My hope is for more solo singers with the piano only songs, a better app/controller, and a cheaper price tag for the whole library. QRS deserves lots of credit for keeping up with technology and making my piano better each year.Show lessMickey Long
