Horrendous
Just spend about 2 hours trying to connect to my new Hitachi TV - it would be easier to plait fog - the remote won’t even link to the One for All app on my iPhone. I’ve used other models before as a backup for my original remotes, they worked well, as for this one - no chance, at all - steer clear of this. Well disappointed. A No star review would be generous. Can barely look at app before it crashes
When I click the app I don’t even h e enough time to click add tv or anything before it crashes and closes. It’s been a year since last release. Shows the support for the remoteJDAlbritten

I love this remote nice replacement for the one I lost that originally came with my tv, I had a little trouble figuring out to set it up but finally got it. Overall a very good remote!Babybear1984

Finally a remote that works and does exactly as advertised and intended. Extremely user friendly. This literally had to be the fastest I’ve ever seen a device connect to another. My grandfather is terrible with technology and is one of those people with 4 remotes for each function. Now just one remote that he can use! So happy I don’t have to spend hours fixing/explaining the TV and/or remote(s). Definitely worth the purchase, I promiseShow lessBrad✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️
No use beyond finding devices.
All this app does is simplify finding the correct base settings for your devices.
The app does NONE of the following, all of which would be extremely helpful if it did:
Allow button reassignments.
Setting up macros.
Loading settings back to the remote.

Claims it’s simple and easy to use, can’t set up activities in the app, can barely add devices. Switched from Logitech harmony to this one and instantly regret it.tfedo
Don’t believe what you read!
Just bought one for $30 and it doesn’t work for our Roku device! I put the model number and it says it can’t find it! But when you pair the remote and it transfers the info over from the remote to the app it shows as it found it! Either or it doesn’t work for the Roku. So it’s not truly One For All.
