Unable to set up
I repeatedly tired to connect the Norton bridge to my wifi, to kept being told unable to connect. I tired various methods of different locations and re-installing the app. I checked I had the correct wifi and password after endless hours, no solution.
It’s a pain to. Recofigure
Sensors don’t work and it’s a pain to reset and setup everything everything again.
After 3 weeks
The app is trash, after 3 weeks, it’s disconnected, can not login again.
Rubbish
Very poor, fails to connect/bridge have spent far to much time on trying to use this device. Have tried every trouble shooting instruction , emailed the company and still not working. Do not waste your time.
Data grabby, shoddy business
I don’t feel like handing over my life’s data to a remote US company. Their T&Cs say they can own and do with it what they want. GFY!
The bridge keeps disconnecting after using 2weeks
It was really nice and easy to use initially. But after 2 weeks, the bridge disconnects itself randomly and for no reason. I tried to remove and re-added it, but it disconnected again after couple hours. For no reason, and it cannot reconnect by itself. Really frustrating…
I would like to get an alarm on iphone, when door or garage opens.
With notifications alone, its not complete, pls add sound for iphone app. Another suggestion is to offer an outdoor and indoor motion detector .
Needs fixing
Constantly doesn’t update and/or also disconnects. Very frustrating to use. Please fix it if you want us to use it!

Needs better options for notifications
Low battery notification trips several weeks to a month before the battery runs out. Please provide an option for “critical” or “almost empty” battery — when the little battery meter shows empty but the sensor is still online. Or if the sensor drops offline entirely. The current “low battery” level is wasteful so i have those notifications disabled.

Is company still in business?
I think this company is no longer in business. App and sensors no longer working properly, not connecting or monitoring activity. Get no response to the support tickets I submitted, get a delivery error when I try to email the company, no one answers customer service phone line when I call. I previously purchased two magnets for our sensors but never received them and never got a response to the several inquiries I sent. Finally had to call my credit card company to have them cancel the amount that Notion had charged to my credit card for the magnets
