There is no option to change from F to C.
Keeps on disconnecting
I had no issues in the past but suddenly the bridge keep getting disconnected as well as the sensors.
Log outs
App constantly requires logging in and doesn’t remember passwords. Absolutely annoying.

So far, so good
Easily downloaded the iOS Notion app, connected everything to our home wifi, configured the bridge & setup 3 sensors around the house. Took about 10mins and we are up and monitoring. Done!
Easy set up
Simple instructions to follow for set up and locations. Works well with app. Notifications good for open doors and preset temperature thresholds.
I’m happy with it
It’s simple and that’s a great benefit. Easy to install, only maintenance is to replace the batteries when you get a notification. Other than that… I forget it’s there but give me peace of mind that I’ll get suerte when needed.
At the beginning I was disappointed that I couldn’t add more than 2 tasks per sensor. Now that has improved but you can’t combine all types of sensors together.
The one con, is that I would like to still get notifications when my phone is on sleep mode and certain notifications I’d probably would like to set as loud and persistent if I don’t want to miss it something is going on. There may be a way to set up my iPhone for this but I haven’t checked.
Overall, I’m happy and I keep adding more sensors to my home.

Great functionality but needs small improvements
I like this app. I used it all the time to check the temperature and I liked that it pushes notifications on door open and close.
What’s annoying is;
- it constantly logging me out. Probably every few days. And it doesn’t remember my username or password. I had to manually enter again and again!
- the loading page takes too long. Would be nice to keep it nice and quick

Terrible Service and Support
I moved into a new home with an existing Notion installation. The company was unable to discontinue service for the previous homeowner and transfer devices to my account. Our new home had multiple home automation devices from Ring, Honeywell, Moen, and others. Notion was the ONLY company that would not disable access from the previous homeowners and transfer ownership to me.
Avoid this company and product at all costs. They need figure out how to be a home automation provider and work in reality. This is a major privacy issue.

Glitchy
After many attempts it finally found my wifi but after adding wifi password it kept saying “error”
Eventually after nearly an hour of trying the wifi finally connected but of course adding the sensors was just as difficult, the QR code on the sensors wouldn’t work, took forever before i finally got them all added. I nearly threw the whole thing in the bin, glad I didn’t pay for this, I don’t have any confidence that the sensors will even do their job….
