Simple and easy
It took me less than 10 minutes to install this device. Lots of options to select and works great.
No option to change °F to °C
There are countries other than America! Most people in rest of world use °C

Reset Password Function Doesn’t Work
When you hit reset password it fails to send any link to allow you to do this. No email in junk inbox, tried multiple times.
App loaded perfectly
I was amazed at how slick and efficient the Notion app is – it loaded quickly, it recognised and configured our three sensors in seconds, we were able to do the configuring of the sensors themselves inside the app, and the whole process was done in a couple of minutes. Five stars from me and three thumbs up

Don’t trust
I don’t trust this app or system. I’m being made to use it by my insurance or I’ll have to $100 more for my insurance. I didn’t know this when I agreed to go with this company.
Could not configure bridge
We tried and tried but could not ‘configure the bridge’ despite trying all the solutions in FAQ for Apple. Tried turning phone on and off. Tried updating software. Nothing worked.
We tried on an older iPhone, which had older software, but Notion warning said it would only work on iOS 15, so we updated software and tried again, but still didn’t work.
After disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi so many times, I can now remember our long wifi password verbatim.

Like the old push notifications better.
The new version push notifications now require you to actually open the app and figure out what caused the notification instead of letting you know on the notification itself.
With multiple sensors this is a pain!
That almost makes me want to throw the entire system in the trash and delete the app.
I have cameras I could go look at if I wanted to go through that many steps.

Want more notifications!!
Just installed this system and so far really like all the information available. However, I do wish I could set up notifications for when an alert “clears” - like a door has closed, or a temperature has moved back into normal range. For example, did a door open/close as the kids left for the bus, or did they leave it open for the day?? Right now, we have to go in to check that the door has moved back to closed. I’d love to be able to set up going back to closed as a notification too!!

Saved me from a leak!
Using this for several years. It has been quite reliable providing the batteries in the sensors are updated. Just installed some in my in-law’s apartment and it’s been working well. Highly recommended.
