Bad customer service
I have ordered several DVDs and USBs from this company and have had several mistakes on my DVDs and my USB’s will not play properly. Have tried and tried to contact customer service and rarely ever get a response. If they could improve their customer service and get my orders correct, this app and service would be awesome. Customer service is a HUGE factor with retaining and bringing in new customers. I just don’t see why some companies don’t get this?! Please improve!!!Show lessLilCi3
Burn Video- great way to store loved memories
This app has provided me with a great way to store old photos and videos outside of google oriented applications. It is easy to use, effective and I can’t see myself storing my loved memories any other way. I am grateful to have found this app.Kip_63

Super Fast
This is not the first app I tried. I kept having no luck it would take so long for the order to come in and my last one never even came in. But this app is great I get my Videos within a week generally. I would try this app before any others.Zman?!?!?!
No customer service or tracking info
I placed my order December 9 and money was taken out of my account December 14. I received by email an order number but never received a tracking number. I have reached out numerous times through email with no response back. So you can only assume as I have that this is a scam and you are simply making another donation to a fraud. I never rate apps unless it is a scam. So please take my advice and don’t waste your money!Show less1945055448
I’m in love
This app has been a saving grace since having my kiddos I can take ALL my silly little videos even the important ones and put them on a disk that slides right through them! Best app ever and it’s family owned and they are AMAZING! Great customer service! Never have had any issues and they are quick with their videos and always sending promo codes! Amazing memories

Still waiting
Still waiting for USB to arrive. It clearly states on app after placing order, will receive product in 8-10 days. Well it’s been almost 20 days and no video yet. After second email finally got response of “it was shipped 9 days after it was ordered and should arrive any day”. Well it’s been 10 days past when it was shipped and nothing. No tracking number, nothing on my account on app about shipping (even though it says they will notify you when it is shipped) So far looking like a scam and very disappointed. I get that mail is delayed with the way things are going at this time but it wasn’t shipped for 9 days from the company. Also on the app all tabs work except “rate this app”. Hmmm. No customer service, nothing positive about this app and product.Show lessdiscontended
