I ordered 3 videos and was pleased, but then I ordered one on 11/27 and 2 on Dec 2. I thought I would get the cyber deals but after I finished the process, I got an error message 500, no confirmation that they were coming, and no responses to my emails although the money for all 3 we’re taken out of my account.Show lesstigerjo57
Wonderful service for digital age
App is getting better with each update! Still some wonkiness but it’s for sure the best option out there. Do your uploading on a fast connection for best results—I get everything organized at home but find that I have to upload at work or the app stalls out before my videos are uploaded and I have to start over.Show lessShmal1111

I use this app every month to get the videos off my phone. I wish there was an option to save the combined videos on a streaming platform so they were easy to watch but I also love having a physical copy so I know they won’t disappear122&$
Glitching, won't navigate
This seems like a great app, I was told about it from a family member and it seems to work great for them. However, I can't seem to get past the past the part where you pick out your videos. I hit the button to go to the next screen and it shows up for maybe a second and then it bounces right back to the previous step to pick out videos. There was a time I would have given this service a 5 star review but recently when trying to use the app it has failed to work. It won’t load my videos. I get to the step where I pick out my video and tap it, it tells me how much storage space it’s going to use, then when I hit next sometimes it freezes up and from that point on it won’t do anything and I have to close out the app. Or it will go to the next screen and where it should be telling me the percentage as it transfers it just stays in the starting position and never transfers anything. I use it with a high speed WiFi. I have even deleted the app and redownloaded it more than once to see if that would correct whatever glitch was going on but it hasn’t. I truly miss being able to use this app. I have purchased several dvds using it and been very happy with them. I hope that whoever reads this review from burn video can help me out and either fix the glitch or let me know something to do on my end to correct why it isn’t working anymore.Show lessThaStach55
Too slow...won’t upload
This app was awesome at first. I got 2 dvds but since I’ve tried several times to upload my videos with no success. Today it took about 10minutes to upload all but 87.4% and 2hours later it hasn’t moved. I even tried taking some off to see if it would go ahead and finished uploading, but its still stuck. I have had wonderful experiences & communication with customer service, but the app just hasn’t worked well for me after trying multiple times over the course of 2 1/2yrs.Show lessShibby1522
Freezes up
It’s a great service except for the fact it freezes a lot! If you add more than a few minutes to your queue then it completely stalls/freezes. A glitch I think they should have fixed by now.Frigatine

I think this app is really underrated. The shipping came just as described and the video came out just like I wanted. I love their promotions and it’s a really great app. It’s like a video version of Groovebook but better! And you aren’t tied in a monthly commitment and you can order as many as you’d like. Awesome app
So much better then a Walgreens or Rite-Aid and much cheaper (to be honest much better quality). If you are looking to transfer videos or pictures from your phone this is the app to use ! Recommended to all my friends and familyBad94TA
Easy to Navigate
This is an easy app to use and it’s a great way to have access to an actual physical copy of your videos. I have lost so many video clips over time, I wish I would’ve had this app back then, so I could rewatch them at my convenience time and time again.perlaquin
