Worst service and app

It shows purchases are refundable but they don't refund they just provide credit which must be used on LE purchases. Very bad!

Discount

You said I would get a $100 discount if I use the app. I entered the code and then you tell me I have to spend $2999. So I didn’t get the discount. All a bit dishonest in my opinion and not sure I would recommend LE anymore

Glitchy

Cant seem to find flights with trip tried 3 separate times. App seems to glitch back to main home. Not going to book. I even tried to cLl, hold time exceeded 8mon. I hung up!

Why do I have to type in the destination every time I change screens. Just remember my last entry.

Prices are cheaper on the website

Why you promote to download the app if then you get it and the prices are more expensive everywhere. Same dates, same guests, same destination.

App crashed in first 10 seconds??

I downloaded this, haven’t gotten very far in it bc this just happened but I went in as a guest and clicked on the first advertised trip & the app crashed lol sooo I went back to this page that was still open & here we are

Great deals

Have just made my second booking with Luxury Escapes. My first was an amazing deal. Love the little extras that is included such as dining credits, late checkouts etc. Luxury Escapes is my first port of call now when looking for accommodation.
