Unreliable
Bermuda really needs Uber or Lyft. There is not enough taxi drivers. I'll have to request a ride with Hitch six or seven times before a driver will except it. And the taxi cabs kind of just hang out where all the tourists are so if you got off the beaten path you can never get a ride. Very unreliable app. The app is not very stable. And I'll have connection issues where it'll drop the ride or cancel it automatically.

One of the worst apps
Such a poor app. They overcharge me often. Once they charged me over $100 for what it should have been just $20. The help button doesn’t work and you have to send an email from their corporate site. Today I was trying to get a taxi for 45 minutes and had no luck. Then the app started showing an error message “you have insufficient balance”and doesn’t let me even request a taxi. There’s no number to call…this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen in my life.

Charges $30. Driver never picked us up. Scam
OK option if you need to pay by credit card
Positive: You can pay your taxi with your credit card while the majority of Bermuda taxis only accept cash
Negative: You receive an “estimated cost range” at point of booking - the final charge always turns out to be higher; sometimes significantly higher

No obvious way to enter credit card info
There is no obvious way to enter credit card info. As a tourist, my home is not relevant to trips but I could not edit this. The whole app is awkward and I see no way to w it when I get to Bermuda.
Add destination
The new change to select your destination, makes it impossible because you now have to pin your destination on the map. This is not helpful if you are not sure where you are going on the map. The main usefulness of using a taxi is that the driver will know where to go, or at least if you type in the address the app will pinpoint the location on the map. I can’t use this service properly now because I can’t be sure I have the correct location because I am not sure where it is on the map… could you please either change it back to typing in where you want to go, or provide this option instead of just pinning it on the map. For example, to select the airport, trying to pin it gives me different addresses - so I have to check the internet first to get the address and then go back into the app. Not user friendly making us use more than one app to get a taxi…

Glitchy
I’ve used Successfully a few times but then it’s just stuck on the last place I went to and won’t let me change it so I have to leave it and ask the driver to take me somewhere else I hope this isn’t an inconvenience .
also it’s convinced I want to be a driver and takes me to where I fill out app part and I can’t get rid of this each time I turn the app on .
Bit glitchy but would be great if fix the problems .

Same issue as other reviewer…
When signing up it allows for international/non-Bermudian cell phone numbers, but as other reviewer commented this does not work. OTP to verify does not come through so you cannot create an account. Really frustrating!
Doesn’t work for me
I tried to input my mobile number and it says OTP sent successfully but I don’t receive it. Same for the call button.

NOT like Uber
This app is better that trying to call a cab, but honestly that’s where the convenience ends: cabs are more expensive (cash would be cheaper) and when a problem arises there IS NO WAY TO CONTACT HITCH TO DISPUTE A CHARGE. Emails bounce, and no phone number. Driver said they cancelled but I was charged to full fare anyway and was unable to dispute it. Beware.
