I meet with a men’s group that I started back in the 90’s. We meet for breakfast once a week on Thursday mornings. A Lady at the counter that took our money was friendly, accommodating, and saw to it that we were served. We have met at several restaurants over the years. I must admit she was one of the reasons we have enjoyed LaMadeleine on Beltline Rd. The new lady is fine, however, Leslie was a little ball of experience and I think represented LaMadeleine in an excellent way.

Simple and Helpful
I love this restaurant, and I work just 5 minutes from one! But I can’t call in since I’m at work, and don’t have time to go into order. This app is super helpful with that and I get small rewards with points when I order through the app. The app is accurate and has a nice design... I use this app around once a week if I’m feeling rich lol. But it’s organized well, too! No complaints :)

Your reward level is no longer on the app!!
I am very close to the top level. I was keeping track and excited to get there after 50 visits! Now I no longer know!! I have emailed and they could not answer me!! Please add that back in an update to the app very very soon!

Very handy app!
I order the items I want before I go the night before so there is less chance of the items being unavailable since I’m driving quite a distance to purchase them. Very convenient!!
Convenient and responsive help
I have been using the app for over 6 months. I scan it in store and have also ordered Thru the app. Has worked flawlessly. I dine in nearly weekly w a men’s bible study group and appreciate the rewards! Emailing customer service for the app has brought quick and accurate responses.
Where did the number of visits go?
The app is fairly easy to use. The only thing that drives me a little nuts is how bright it is when you first open the app. Also, the app used to show how many visits until you hit the next level - what happened to this?
Like the app but there are a few issues
Monday mornings tend to have a server unavailable error and my breakfast pickup times change without notice. Other than that, I love the convenience and the rewards from using the app. And I love, love, love the yummy food I pick up!
No history
Convenient app, but it doesn’t show my past orders, and doesn’t deliver even though I only work .8 miles, three minutes away. The coupons are a nice extra. Further, when I do pick it up, there is a separate sign for “pickup orders” versus “to go orders,” but they make you wait all in the same line, so even if your order is ready, you’ll have to wait 5 to 10 minutes behind people making new orders, as they decide what they want. Food is always great!

Viva la Madeline
Love to eat there. Thanks to the app it is easy to order All wait staff are very friendly Managers are out and about. Too many favorites to mention just one. It is a great lace to have a special coffee or hot chocolate and a pastry later in the evening. WELL DONE!
