Removing app from phone
Used this for the first time today. Had three rewards available. One was my birthday reward. Was saving it because it said it had to be used on my bday. Picked up my meal and non of it was right. Didn’t notice til I got home. The store wasn’t helpful at all when they were the ones that put it together. Logged into my app to research my rewards and they had taken the wrong item off and now, the one thing I really was wanting wasn’t even listed but the item I claimed was there even though I got that item today. The store stated it was all the app and there was nothing that could be done. Removing App from phone and for $30 bucks and not getting a complete meal I will be eating elsewhere for a while.

Ordering for pickup
I love this restaurant and ordering for pickup! The only thing is I have to double check my bag cause sometimes not all my items make it in. Maybe it’s the staff or maybe the little notes/requests don’t go through
Bonne Rewards with some shortfalls
Appreciate the ability to scan and earn rewards, order ahead through the app with some shortcomings. Rewards aren’t always visible but, more importantly, “special instructions” on orders allow too few characters and just reset to beginning if you go over. Please add additional characters (or allow tag-ons, like “allergic to:” or “substitute: “ AND show the characters remaining for less confusion. Otherwise, love the app because it gets us more of the La Madeleine we love, quicker!

The perfect start to any morning
As many road warriors would agree getting that first cup of coffee is a must. Before making my commute into DC, I always stop to pickup a cup of coffee and freshly made pastry. Sprinkle in amazing service truly gets this customer ready for what lays ahead as I commute.

Ordered my lunch through the la Madeline app and my food was ready at 8:25am
Usually walk-in and ordering and getting your food alone takes 30 mins maybe more depending the time of day....

Frustrated with update
I generally like this app and I love La Madeleine’s food. I had recently referred 2 friends and had 2 free items waiting in my rewards! But then I updated the app, and it lost all of my information, made me re-register for the app, and I have to start over with no reward points and no free items waiting. 😡

Austin experience
The store clerk must be new. An irate customer just walked out ahead of me in line. She is like a robot. Didn’t seem to know the products in the store that she is selling! Had to repeat everything at least three times
Not happy!
I’ve had the la Madeline app for some time now and enjoyed get rewards and credit for my purchases— up until “upgrading” to 1.4! Now my rewards and transaction history are gone. I had to re-enter my info like I was a new customer, and when I did, I apparently am a “new customer. Why do people have fix something that didn’t need it?!
