Love the app, but...
I love the convenience of the app, but when I’m trying to change something in the comment section under the item I want, it limits the amount of characters. This is a pain, as a parent, with a somewhat picky eater. So, I end up calling anyways to make sure they get my order right.
APP Overwhelmed by Specials
The app generally works well except when there is an app only special. La Madeleine offers frequent specials for app users, which are great, but they can overwhelm the app. The app will show the closest restaurant in “Locations” but if you try to place an order, clicking on “Order” will show the closest restaurant is now several thousand miles away. It will usually work right the next day, however if it’s a 1 day only special then you can’t take advantage of it. Reporting it to the app department just receives a response that you need to turn on your phone locator even though it is clearly turned on or the “Locations” button wouldn’t work. So clearly they don’t intend to fix the problem and we will continue to miss out on 1 day specials.

The employees look unhappy
We come to this location several times a months, and the majority of the times the order takers for the food and for the bakery looked kind of unhappy, they don’t welcome the customers and staring at you until you’ll start talking, the order takers at the cake area always have some kind of attitude, like we’re bugging them by purchasing their product , unfortunately this is only closest one in the area , otherwise we’ll go to the other LaMadeline location. We’ve been in several La Madeline locations , and only the employees at this location are kind of rude! Also most of the time we get our food late, even if the restaurant is 80% empty.

Ordering is a piece of cake
Ordering through the app is simple and effortless. Not many complicated screen and is intuitive. The only drawback is that when picking up order it only shows my number and does not ask for a name that will pick up order at the location
An app worthy of my favorite place to eat!
This is a really awesome app - I like how online ordering has been integrated.
Only thing that I could think of to add is to incorporate more French culture to really immerse yourself - Free eBooks, French Language Lessons, Virtual Postcards for Friends and Family, and Virtual Tours would be pretty cool! Not a necessity, but nice to have!

Excellent app - need more reward options
LOVE this app, just wish more reward options were available and a variety of choices when redeeming rewards.
Awesome food and service
We enjoy our Little Rock restaurant. Mr Francis is the best. Bread and pastries are always fresh and the best in the city.
Chicken salad is delicious, especially with quartered strawberries. The soups are very tasty. The fact that we can order, them sit down with bread, real butter, and jelly while our meal is being prepared is a big plus. Thanks!!!

Great food and customer service!
We come here once every few weeks and always have a great experience. Everyone is attentive and helpful. The food is always fresh and tasty.
Forgot the app- just go into the place and order what you want
The restaurant and the app are not communicating. I am in the store waiting for my food that should have been ready 45 minutes ago. If I had not already paid for it- there is no way I would still be here. Many people are being told they are out of the food that was ordered on the app. I’m not happy
Food
Love the food, but since I have had back surgery I hate the out door seating, the metal chairs are miserable. We USE to enjoy stopping in for coffee and a treat to enjoy the patio. Now it’s just in doors for a meal. We still miss and grieve the loss.
But we do enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, and picking through the chairs to get one that doesn’t wobble or the seat isn’t sunken in.
