Misleading reward status but the app is not bad
Be caution when you reached the creme de la creme status, they do not give $15 app credit once per month. It’s a one time credit only so basically your status would be like the superiur level status. Very misleading and they need to put its a one time only credit next to the $15 credit on the creme de la creme status.

If you don’t go often…not worth it
So you’re trying to reach status levels… guess what? If you don’t go often enough, instead of deducting the points you need to reach the next level, they add points. I’ve been trying to reach the next level after magnifique for the past year. I finally noticed I was down to needing less than 10 points to reach that level. After not going for a while I noticed I was back to 13 points needed to reach it. When I reached out to them they informed me that this is what they do since I don’t go often enough. As of now they bumped to up to 14 points. Pretty sad that they don’t want you to get to that next level. Other than this issue. It is convenient to have.

Very frustrating
I have been using this app for over a year now. I love La Madeline and have been a longtime customer (moreso when I lived very near one in New Orleans, but I still try to go as oftas I can - once or twice a month - to locations in Lafayette and NOLA. However the app is extremely problematic! I get “no network available” messages routinely - even when I have 4 bars of service, whether or not I’m connected to wi-fi. May try uninstalling the app AGAIN and reinstalling but I’m extremely tired of going but getting NO credit for it on the app because it’s glitchy. If you have an app and market it as a reward accumulator, then have it WORK; otherwise don’t offer it at all! 😡

Good but still needs improvement
Seamless integration of monthly offers but ordering process still glitchy. Order number is useless for pickup, they don’t use it. Special instructions entered into the provided space while ordering is ignored half the time and the manager (Lakeline-Austin TX) doesn’t seem to think it’s a big deal and simply says they can’t see it, even though it’s clearly printed right there on my receipt. No apology, no promise to look into it. I’m thinking maybe the printout from the app cuts off? Anyway, they need to address these annoying things.

How About Real French Toast
I am a long-time avid fan of La Madeleine. I feel that the food is of high quality and tasty as well. Lately, though, I’ve been disappointed in that they don’t offer a real French toast, one that is soaked in an egg bath. The newest versions don’t resemble French toast in any way!

Have to put my desired location in each time even though I have it selected as the favorite.
Regularly times out saying “bad connection “ then returning a confirmation
And last time it said my order was confirmed by postmates(?) but the restaurant had it confirmed by Ubereats.

Not the most reliable
I like being able to order ahead. There have been too many times the app has trouble and the order doesn’t go through. The app will not allow reward redemption when an order is made.
Was good at first
First of all during the pandemic you can only order only which is completely fine but it doesn’t log your orders as you visiting their restaurant meaning it doesn’t go as points towards your status 🤷♀️. Also it’s been like a year and I haven’t gotten any rewards which is weird. But before all that it was pretty okay no real problems except it being just occasionally slow sometimes.

Missing a lot of food choices
Use to love this app...now not so much because there is a lot of food choices to at they use to have that is now missing or something
Curbside pickup does not work
The only problem with the Crown location is that they NEVER pickup the phone, or they hung up after picking up. As a result, we always have to enter the store to pickup our order. It’s quite unnerving!
