Great Food, terrible app
Tonight’s process: sign up, choose favorite location, input credit card info and home address, then sign in. That process makes sense. But then then the fun begins: Even after signing in, still have to type out the restaurant location you want to order from (why choose a favorite when signing up?), and I still have to input my address for delivery (why have me type out my home address when signing up?), and then I still have to input my credit card info again when placing the order. App friendliness
Pizza Ranch food is great. Don’t get me wrong. However, why when using the app does nothing work? If you push the wrong item you can’t remove it from your cart. Other issues occur where I have to close the app and restart the process. My wife also has the issue when using the app. Hopefully they will find a fix to this. I know the east answer is to just call. But it’s nice to have the ability to see the menu and order directly from the app.Show lessaussy1995
Horrible app
This app is the worst!! Unless you have WiFi and are connected you will be logged out of the app, have to reset your password, then it tells you the new one is invalid, and it just goes on and on and on. I have even had the manager of our local PR try and call IT support but no one will call him back. We have left my information for them to call and again- no response.Show lessNE779
App is garbage
This app NEVER works for me. It never remembers my log in info, or pizza ranch member number. When I try to pay with my card it consistently says my card is expired and my card doesn’t expire for another 3 years. Which in turn makes me have to call the location to place an order, and I always feel like I’m talking to some incompetent kids.

App Lost All My Order Progress
I set up an account through the app, then the app asked me to log in to create my order. I then tried several times to log in, but each time it told me the information was invalid. I tried the “forgot password” button, but it couldn’t do that. Once I started ordering, the app was very slow and took a long time to load each screen. Halfway through ordering, I had to set my phone down to take care of something else. When I picked my phone back up, I got the loading screen again and all of my progress was lost. Then, when I was completing my order the second time, I tried to add a pizza. There was a pop up that asked if I wanted to add a sauce with it. I’m not sure what I clicked, but it added the sauce to my order without the pizza. This app really frustrated me. I like Pizza Ranch, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering through the app again.Show lessjswend
Very buggy app
I've had Pizza Ranch rewards for over 10 years.
I have 3 main issues which are really annoying issues!
- every time I back out from a pizza selection, it kicks me all the way out to the main page to start a new order. I have to know exactly what I'm getting from the start and complete everything or start over entirely.
- I've moved in those 10+ years. If I go into the section to update my profile it does have my current address. However, when I start a new delivery it auto populates my address from 10+ years ago when I created the account. There's literally nothing I can do because the correct address is in the profile.
- if I select that I want a specialty pizza, for example I love their taco pizza. It brings me to the create my own pizza and I have to select each topping to essentially create my own specialty pizza that I can walk in and order in the store.
Not a fun experience. There's certain online deals that are extremely difficult to use because of these issues.Show lessZander916
Delivery address glitch
App adds West to my street name from what I enter. I’m not able to change it when it shows up on the delivery page. The driver calls since that isn’t an address in our town.arron1052
Dumb.
Every time you start an order, it does not keep you signed in so unless you know your rewards number and can type it in, you won’t get rewards points for your order. If you click the wrong back button, it closes out of your order and doesn’t save anything and you have to completely restart, address and all. Really needs improvement.Show lesserrorcode2319

I would order more pizza, but this app is dreadful
In this day and age, an app that allows online ordering, but does not accept Apple Pay/link to my saved wallet or accept Venmo or the like gets less business from me than an app that does have that functionality.
In addition to having to typing in ALL my card information every time I use the app, it defeats the purpose of being able to order online. In addition when I am typing in a 12 digit card number, I have to do it using the alphanumeric keyboard instead of a number bad.
I need to order pizza at times when I do not have my wallet at hand, or the time to painstakingly type numbers for my card information.Show lessknitmo
