    I liked the app and it was much easier to navigate than Pillow. I did not renew the trial because it only confirmed I did not sleep well. I was hoping it would give some insight into how to sleep better, but again just confirmed what I already knew. The breathing exercise and the music to calm you was very nice. I just had unrealistic expectations. I would still recommend it to someone wanting to track their sleep. It will not morph your sleep ability into being a top percentage compared to other people and countries. I never got to try the alarm that wakes you up when you cycle into liter sleep as I always woke up before the alarm went off, so I cannot comment on that feature though I would have liked to,

  • 6 months still regret not deleting

    MY FREE BACK UP APP SleepWatch IS MORE RELIABLE AND ACCURATE THAN THIS APP THAT I PAID FOR. After forgetting to delete after the week trial like so many others I was surprised by, not a monthly charge, but a $40 annual charge so I kept it to get my money worth. I reported a bug that the app doesn’t show info and crashes on the Apple Watch, they asked me to send a video or screenshot of the error. This is physically impossible as the app crashes when I swipe on the watch, can’t record with one hand while recording on the watch. Anyway still no fix for that bug. Also There have been quite a few nights that the app does not open, just load screen then Crashes Im trying to go to sleep, 10 minutes later I give up and sleep with out the app. I have a free app that automatically tracks my sleep as a back up. MY FREE BACK UP APP SleepWatch IS MORE RELIABLE AND ACCURATE THAN THIS APP THAT I PAID FOR. SHAME

  • My app stopped working?

    I used it completely fine for about 3 months, decided to pay for it for the year because I did enjoy it and it was a great app. After a month it stopped working and wouldn’t load. I assumed it needed an update so I waited and nothing fixed it. I tried to see if it was just gonna be a slow load and would let my phone sit for 10 minutes trying to open then app and it would never load. I cancelled my annual package and couldn’t use it at all. I have tested it about once a month and it hasn’t worked until today. My year ran up and now the app works again for me, so I got to use it for only a fraction of the year I paid for. I would highly suggest the app if it didn’t waste my money like that.

  • Good but sometimes won’t load

    Overall it’s very nice. Good breathing exercises, alarm sounds, and relaxing noises to help you sleep. It lets you know how much time you’ll have to sleep when you set your alarm, and offers two methods of tracking your sleep. It wakes me up at the perfect times as well.
    But the two main things that bother me is that the sleep tracking is sometimes inaccurate. Not by a lot, but it will occasionally record me as being awake for a few minutes when I never woke up at all. The second problem is that when I open the app, it will be on the loading screen and never go beyond that, causing me to have to delete and redownload the app, which is very annoying because then I lose all of the useful info and data I had on my sleep schedules. If anybody knows what causes that, please do because this is the only good free sleep app I’ve found but that is a huge issue I keep having every couple of weeks.

  • Great app after I read instructions to adapt to my heart rate!

    Great App!! I bought the upgraded app a few weeks after I got my Apple Watch. I had been tracking my sleep for years on a Vivo Fit watch (I have sleep apnea). I wasn’t interested in getting to sleep or waking, only the quality & amount of sleep. At 1st, I was running a large deficit, a lot less sleep & quality than I had showed before. I went into the app & actually read the directions. I found my heart rate during sleep & waking was auto set by the app. Once I followed the easy directions to adjust it to me, my numbers were spot on! Very, very easy to adjust. I looked at alternative info screen & chose the one that had the amount of sleep the previous night that matched my bedtime & waking time. Wonderfully detailed useful info!!

  • Good but has some issues

    It worked great up until recently. Before I say the problems, I do really like the sleep debt tracker and the alarm. The added noise for falling asleep is pretty great too, I like it. The downsides are it performs horribly, when I start the app I have to wait 2-3 minutes before I can even start tracking because it is completely frozen. This is on a new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I have reinstalled it and all that jazz and I’ve just accepted the fact that it is optimized like garbage. I don’t know if you could call it a problem but the second thing that bothered me is the mic can recognize things that aren’t you as you. I couldn’t figure out why but for a couple weeks it kept saying my sleep quality was less than 20% and that I didn’t sleep all night racking up sleep debt as high as 40 hours in one week. I fell asleep one night with my fan off and it went back to normal, turns out the app thought my fan was me snoring or rolling around and throwing the data way off. Overall good app but it can be inconvenient to use sometimes.

  • Trouble opening

    I used this app for about a week. After that, ever time I attempted to open the app it crashed. I did everything I could to try and get it to work. Force closed it and all other apps, still crashed. Shut down and restarted the phone, still crashed. Deleted and reinstalled the app, still crashed. Made sure my phone and app was updated, still crashed. I have stop short of restoring my phone OS altogether. When the app was working, it was able to wake me up twice over the week. The other times when it was unable to wake me up, it turned out that my volume had been turned all the way down, despite me having just watched a video online with the volume turned to full just before setting my alarm. This app has more problems than I care to count and deserves to be revamped to just work. Good luck if you decide to download, I suggest keeping a second alarm just Incase this app decides to turn your volume down or just refuses to open. Thumbs down!

  • As soon as I opened it

    Like some other apps, this smart alarm clock offers to track your sleep and set off the alarm at the ideal time of lightest sleep, as determined by a smart watch, in-bed accelerometer, or, in my case, bedside microphone. Unlike the Sleep Cycle app, this one doesn’t work; I often wake up to hear the alarm already going off, whereas with Sleep Cycle, it almost always wakes me as soon as it starts.

    Sleepzy has an array of other features, some free and some behind a paywall, including sleep aid ambiance, pattern analysis, and “sleep debt” tracking. I used none of these, so they don’t factor into this review.

    Also, this app prompted me to rate and review it mere seconds after first launch, or possibly first launch years after uninstalling it. Either way, threes no excuse for asking for a eating before the user’s had a chance to use in. Though a developer response did indicate they’d look into it.

  • Great app! Just a few suggestions

    I really love this app! It’s better than sleep cycle, because the UI is much more efficient and the visuals with the sleep quality help you understand the data more clearly. The data seems to be accurate as well. To people using the app, please use the accelerometer to track rather than the microphone if you want your notifications to come through. I need to use another app to wake me up before sunrise every night. I’ve searched for a long time for an app that allowed me to do that. And I found this one! So thank you!! 👍🏼 Just a few suggestions: First it would be nice if you could have an option to communicate with Apple health to write data about sleep analysis. Second, please also provide an option to put the data together from 2 different sleep sessions from the same night, in case you accidentally close the app, or get up in the middle of the night. That is all, thank you!

  • Accuracy??

    I’ve been using this app for 12 nights now. The app hasn’t had any glitches or anything but it doesn’t seem very accurate. Counts time from when you hit start to when you hit stop but doesn’t account for times I wake up during the night...sometimes I’m even talking to my husband. It is also very inconsistent with sleep recordings. One night it did 33 recordings and was good because I could hear the different ways I snore but there were only a couple other nights (out of 12) that had any recordings and it was usually 2-4 recordings each of those nights...and I snore every night. I’m just not real confident in the awake vs rem vs light vs deep, so it’s not much use to me.
