  • Thanks for improving my life.

Your app has improved my sleep greatly. I went to bed much later before I began using this app. Now I consistently go to bed at the same time every night at one to two hours earlier since the app began to track those critical categories. I am sleeping approximately one hour longer than I was. That is huge for me and it’s helped me more than I can tell you. I’ve improved my eating habits as I noticed a heavy meal or salty snack was decreasing my quality of sleep so I’ve cut way back on unhealthy eating. I’ve experienced sleep issues all my life and although it’s not perfect now it’s markedly better by far than it was. Thanks again for improving such an important part of my life.

  • I was surprised

I had this app for like 1 hour and I decided to delete it because I would try to set my time and then BOOM!!! “Would you like to buy the premium!” And at first it was fine but then I couldn’t set my time because the premium thing would not stop popping up. And I read the reviews before I got the app and a lot of people said there was stuff about the pop ups, so I think that you guys ( the people who made the game not the people who wrote the reviews) need to fix that because I thought the app was fine in my 1 hour of having it but I deleted it. And you guys need to understand that people don’t want to buy a stupid premium!

So I give this a 1 star review. 😡 And if I could I would give it a 0 but I can’t. And I don’t want you ( the maker of the game) to come back and be like “ I am so sorry you had a bad experience” I want it fixed!

  • Easier to skip sleeping .

App doesn’t wake you up . So like birth control and penicillin, practice abstinence on this one if you don’t want a screaming pile of disappointment . It’s better to set an alarm , and use apple health apps pre installed on your phone . Paid for full version , seems pointless . And is . Most of the features just links up to apple health for the watch, and anything recording , It keeps screen on all night, and that removed my screen protector by heating up the mild adhesive used in application. If your screen doesn’t stay on it doesn’t work the way it should , the alarm started going off only after my backup alarm started. So make your backup alarm your primary and skip this app .

  • It’s OK, not Great...there’s improvements needed

This app has a great concept but poor execution. I’ve tried to use this app for three nights and only got one mediocre performance. Night one I started the app and in the morning didn’t have results because somehow during the night the app closed and therefore shut off. Same thing happened on night three. Night two I was able to track some recordings but they were muffled sounds. The fact that you have to have the app open for it to function is a big deal breaker for me because the screen emits light that makes it hard for me to sleep.
I’m going to try one more night then I’m uninstalling if I don’t get results. I definitely wouldn’t pay for this app. Not until they make some improvements where users don’t have to chew up battery life and have the app open for it it work.

  • No deep sleep???

The app has a very cluttered interface I wouldn’t call “user-friendly” so it takes some time to browse and get used to. But I guess some people like that because there’s more information? Anyway, I like the idea of waking you up at a good time in your sleep cycle but I’m not sure it’s actually doing that. I consistently feel tired when I’m woken up even though I’ve had 7-8 hrs of sleep so I don’t feel like it’s waking me up at a good time. Maybe it’s just me, I don’t know. And worst of all, it has been showing “0 deep sleep” every single night since I started using the app. Is it just not able to detect it or am I actually sleeping 7-8 hrs without reaching deep sleep every night??? I have 2 other sleep apps on my phone that say otherwise. I’ve lost all trust in this app. Waste of money.

  • Sleepzy Review

First of all, let me preface this by saying that I did not even want to buy this app. I got the one-week trial just to see what it was about, did not really use it at all because let’s be honest I just was busy. Anyway after one week the trial ended and I forgot to unsubscribe therefore it charged me for the full year of $40. I decided to give it a try, and soon realize that this app is not very good. I don’t think that it is accurate my heart rate has never dipped down below 60 and it said that my resting heart rate was 40 bpm. I also was not sleeping at the time and when I checked the data it said that my sleep was 86% average and it showed that I actually hit REM sleep, but that is not possible because I was wide awake. This app is not accurate and I don’t think it should be falsely advertised the way it is. Since I did not want this app, I decided to send a message and ask for a refund, to my disappointment I was instantly denied my refund. I don’t think that it is fair, because as a customer I should have the right to get my money back for a product I am not satisfied with.

  • Resolving the problem of battery life.

Your recommendation to keep the phone plugged into an outlet all night suggests that your research team hasn’t contacted phone manufacturers for their suggestions. After my iPhone 8 Plus reaches a full charge during the night, it attempts recycling repeatedly to maintain full charge. These attempts drain my long-term battery life.
My suggestion: charge the battery to at least 80% before sleep time. Place it near the bed in the unplugged position. This level of charge will power Sleepzy throughout the night and sound the alarm at the appointed time, thus eliminating the permanent battery drain. Research this suggestion and respond to the accuracy of my suggestion.

  • Paid for Premium, kept crashing

This app never worked. Every time I tried to open it it crashed. Apparently I gave up trying and fortunately I checked iOS Account Settings about another app and discovered that my Premium Sleepzy account was about to renew, so I checked to see if it got fixed and it still crashed, so I was able to cancel the renewal just days before. It would be great if I could get a refund for the Premium account that hasn’t worked for the last year, but since I can’t open the app I can’t contact the developer! It’s possible that the Sleepzy app never worked because I have a couple of step-tracking apps, LifeCoin and Sweatcoin, that aren’t related to sleep but they required that they be left open and running in order to work. That’s the only thing I can imagine that might have kept Sleepzy from working. Still... sort of funky and disappointing.

  • Wish I Could Hear Audio

I quite literally have used this app every night for the past month or so and had no problems, alarm works fantastic! However, the reason I am leaving 3 stars is because of the free features available (not much besides the alarm) and the function of paid features. After having this app for a month or so, I decided to try the premium trial because I had one night with SIXTEEN recordings, and a 49% quality of sleep. Went through set up, looked at the graphs, and finally, went to click on the audio bytes. App crashed. Okay, whatever, closed out of the app and opened it again. Click on the audio. Crash. I can’t listen to the only thing I wanted the free trial for. If you just want a different alarm than the one on your phone, then this is the app for you. If you want to actually analyze your sleep, I’d look somewhere else.

Thank you very much for your comment. We are aware of the issue and already working on it. We apologize for any inconveniences and hope that you can wait till we get a proper version ready.
  • Very useful but buggy

This app is great. You set a time to wake up and it will wake you up sometime up to 30 minutes before your set time to try and use what it collects through the night and what we already know about the human sleep cycle to wake you up at the perfect timing for where you are in your current cycle.

The issues with this app is sometimes I feel as though the app doesn’t know when to really wake you up because it doesn’t get enough information accurately about your sleep. But in its favor it’s noninvasive (you don’t need it in bed with you)

The bugs are just annoying more then a hindrance. Sometimes it’s only buggy when your trying to do something that would be weird like setting your alarm to activate the application for the night while on the phone talking to someone still crashes the app. If you are in the app while on the phone and try to start the alarm for the night after getting off the phone the app will either crash, freeze, or just not respond to the start button. You have to restart it and usually it will work.

I get ads even though I’m premium. But rarely and seem to be short ads.

When you get a phone call while the alarm is activated if you don’t play or even just have the background noise paused it’ll start playing it when when the call stops.

Hopefully the developers can squash these bugs since they been around for a little bit.

    Happy sleeping sleepzyers!
