Worst customer service

Their application was bugged and they don’t respond to your email i sent them thousands of emails, they just charge u!

Very good customer service

I really appreciate the good CS in ekar as I was having some issues about my account but when I called them they responded to my queries very fast and in serious way so I thank them alot for the customer care and especially to Mr. Tarek because he was very helpful and he must be an idol for the cusomer care field.

Utterly terrible at every step

I was really excited to get using the service but was left thoroughly disappointed and angry. This service is totally terrible. Their app and communication around the service left many questions and much to be assumed. I picked up a car from a local spot assuming I could drop it off their too, and within the green shaded area on the app (god knows what that means then). I called the helpline to check and he was useless and kept me waiting for a long time. His guidance and instructions were of no assistance whatsoever. This is not a customer centric business in anyway. I ended up having to drive 30 minutes out my way and stand in the heat whilst I waited for a taxi to go back to my destination. eKar just wasted a lot of my time, no doubt money too but the stress levels of it all is worst of all and only compounded by the poor customer service, absence of proper information on their app and an all-round poor experience.

Unreliable

Made me walk more than 1 km to reach the car. Car is not there. Called the hotline. Indeed car is not there. Not the first time this has happened.

BEST SERVICE EVER

Loved the service and the cars provided by Ekar. Used an infinityq50 for about a week. Amazing car I must say and was in a great condition. Big thanks to the guys at Ekar for the service 🙏🏻🙏🏻. Their assistance was prompt when I required it. Love the experience.

Service turn around!

Had issues with customer service before I could even use the app pertaining to the promotion. Even though it took a bit of time, the customer service managed to help me out. This is a good indication and will look forward to using Ekar!

Overall good just not enough cars

With these kinds of services you really have to go big or go home. Having not enough cars means you lose customers at the beginning because it just isn’t practical to get taxis to cars.

The customer service is great, the cars are looked after but there are just so many times when there isn’t a car anywhere near you. Also it seems like some users are taking the cars to far residential places which aren’t very accessible. These cars should be moved by team members back to more central locations to ensure fair use.

I would love to use the service more but it’s rare I can find a car near by.

Great service

Smartest and cheapest mode of transportation around Dubai. But you need a local (GCC) drivers license.

Overall experience is getting bad

I used to like using ekar and have referred it to many friends but recently the whole experience has deteriorated significantly, prices have gone up, cars not working and are dirty, call centre agents are really not helpful, app keeps having errors and is very slow... too bad!

Love the company- hate the app!

So I know they have ekars here in my building but the app won’t let me even log in! Keeps saying currently not available in my area?!? It’s done this before too so know I’m ordering a taxi arghh
