The issue is
1- i book a car but I couldn't find it when i go to the location
2- the payment is pad every time i have to call the customer service and the are very fast to answer me but no solution
BAD APP
i will never try it again you have to develop your app or shut down it ๐

Terrible customer service
One of the worst car sharing companies out there with terrible customer service. Avoid like the plague
Outstanding payment!
Iโm trying to book a car but it keeps telling me there is an outstanding payment, it was the one riyal from the credit card for confirmation! I paid so far 5 riyals and still itโs giving me the same msg and I canโt book!

Is it a scam? The app took my money!!!
The app was ok, then 10 days ago the app is not working at all!
I called the call center and they just said that my account is ok and they donโt know what to do with the app!!!
Even I deleted and downloaded the app again many times itโs not working!!
I have money in my account and I canโt get it and no one at that call center know anything at all about this app

No cars available
There arenโt any cars available in Silicon Oasis, where they would get a lot of clientele. Sometimes 1 or 2 cars, most of the time no cars are there. Their competing company has more cars available everywhere, Iโll definitely consider using the other app on the future.
App claims account not activated
The App claims the account has not been activated but Supoort says it is activated and they will consult with the technical team and never reverted back after 2 weeks.
Apply Pay Integration
The app has a big integration issue with Apple Pay.
It deducting 1 SR from my account, even it was able to deduct the 3+ SR and roll back the transaction, however on reserving the car the process declined due to payment issue (btw the error was not descriptive at all).
After contacting the customer support, and they were very friendly and helpful, they confirmed that the system showed that the 1 SR confirmation fees not registered in the system and I have to pay again ( for the 3rd time).

Worst service
To start with when I booked the car it didnโt show me that I have limited miles per day
And the app donโt show you if you end the trip of the parking is not allowed or allowed.
I got charged multiple times.
Instead of saving I ended up paying more then 1200 dhs for two days

Itโs was very helpful and excellent experiment with Ekar , definitely i will try it again
