They don’t care

Used the service once and after locking the car they block my account because they couldn’t make the debit card debit???? Now I have to pay 30 DHS penalty for not been able to pay with the card (as they said) when I told them the issue they tried again and went through but STILL banned and asked to pay.
Wrote several emails but they just don’t care about clients.

Far worse than expected

One time started a trip but the car never opened. Had to call ekar customer service and they told me the car doesn’t work, they wouldn’t return the money to my bank account. Second time I was charged an extra 30 AED. It just seems that they are thieves trying to get your money without giving you a proper service

Wrong location always

I used to recommend this app to friends but not anymore. I just deleted it because the issue is happening again and again. I see the car on map, I book it and after I reach to the location it’s not there.
If you have time to waste go for ekar otherwise Careem worths the extra few dirhams 👌🏻

Avoid like COVID

I will never use this service again as The app has consistently failed to work, yet they have still taken the opportunity the charge me, even when the car refuses to unlock. Udrive is infinitely more reliable.

Horrible Customer Service

I booked a car today that was left with an empty tank. I barely drove 1 km before the car stopped and I waited 2 hours in the sun before their recovery called... to ask where my location was to arrive 30 min later! Luckily the police came to sort matters out with Cafu. No apology no manager to speak to - nothing! I strongly advise Udrive

They are cheater

Don’t use it and I suggest you to don’t register your credit card with them. They charge you without notifying you with unknown penalties. They charge me extra and when I contacted them they said that they have right to charge any money they want.
