    Updating my hours but it isn’t updating on my calendar or the website
  • Works Good!

    Goldie works with no glitches that I’ve noticed. I only give it a four cause there’s always room for improvement. 😉

  • Annoying features you Can’t switch off

    This app used to be great but it’s deteriorating constantly.
    There are now features you can’t switch off like a confirm your appointment button so people text you confirming they’ll attend the appointment they only just booked that you know they’re gonna attend as they just booked it. Also there’s now a pay now button that you can’t take off which has people calling saying they want to pay in person as usual so call to apologise not realising they don’t even have too.., It all wastes a whole lot of time, from an app that I’m paying for to save me time and automate my bookings :(

    Please Goldie, put this back to normal.

    I wanted a booking app that could do more without being complicated. The messaging customization and calendar are probably my favorite features with this app and mainly the reason I switched to the plus plan! I love that I can still see all of my personal data as well as appointments that I’ve made!
    The app interface is clear, clean, and simple to use, but still holds a lot of features and functionality that I need in a booking system!
    My only feedback would be that I would love the option to use “forms” like the gloss app allows. I also would love to see “no show” and “reschedule” option for bookings! Right now I’m left canceling altogether and creating a new appointment entirely which is time consuming.
    The customer service is really fantastic! I had an issue and reached out as a free user and I felt like I was taken care of and my issues where important despite being a free user. Customer support was very helpful and quick to respond as well. Unlike other booking systems where I was left waiting for over a week for unsatisfactory responses.
    Overall I would recommend this app to anyone! I’m very happy that i finally found a solution for booking clients!

  • Excellent App

    I’ve used this app for over two years now for my dog grooming business out of the vets office I work at to have the ability to make and see my appointments from home and I love it. It’s always reliable and the reminders are very nice as well as the ability to buy more texts if needed. I only have a few small improvements that would make the app perfect for me.

    - The ability for appointments on auto rebook / auto recurring to be put on the free space of the next appointment day because things tend to overlap. I have to manually move my appointments that are rebooks because I’ll have several appointments overlapping at the same time.

    - When looking at a next appointment for instance, I click it and then I have to manually go to that date in the calendar to view it from there and it’s very time consuming. A “view in calendar” button or something would be super helpful.

    This app started out as a really good app however they keep updating it and with each update it just isn’t as good as it used to be. If they would only give you the option to retain a calendar view you like and that works for you rather than just change the calendar view and then you are stuck with a change you hate. I have loved this app since I first signed up several years ago but with each “update” I feel they are ruining what was a really good app. And when they do issue a new update they just say improvements and bug fixes. I wish they would tell what the improvements are so you can decide on where or not you want to update the app to what they have decided are “improvements”. One thing that I do like is they are responsive to any issues you may encounter with the app. I just wish they would leave well enough alone!

  • So far so good.

    I owned a mobile beauty and massage business. I have used many apps , systems and been looking for a simple app to use, while on the go. Nothing was good enough or for my purpose.
    This app Goldie is easy to use. I love when you put the address , you click on the address and the app goes to maps!!! This is the game changer. As the other apps don't have this set up. Instead of using google calender , I can use goldie because of the maps. Love the options of reminders, easy to put contacts, get contacts from your phone . The whole set up is easy, quick and simple. This is using the free app.
    If all goes well, I would consider pro goldie.

  • Disappointed with new forced paid features

    I preferred the free version before you changed so many things. Didn’t have an option to continue for free. Now my text messages get sent by some random Goldie number which doesn’t work for me as I can’t get the history of messages up easily through my own phone contacts on Apple anymore. Already up to 49 messages no doubt that’ll be another add on fee when I run out for the month. Not only that but it misses messaging some people and it’s confusing trying to figure out who it didn’t work automatically for, need to go in and manually message the others.

  • Pricey but works amazing

    I’ve used this app religiously for years to manage my business and also keep track of my personal life, I have not come across another app that is as easy and effective to use, I originally used the free version and now pay for an upgraded account due to the limit on appointments per month in the free app as the app would be useless to me if it was capped at only 20 appointments per month.

    I was hesitant to upgrade as it is an expensive monthly fee, whilst I still think the upgraded account for more appointments and messages could priced a hell of a lot fairer and cheaper, I definitely could not manage my day to day without having this app, the ability to send automated reminder messaged etc has now stepped things up for me and is a function I never thought I would need or use.

    I recently had some technical issues with the app and emailed the support team, I had a response a few hours later and they helped me to resolve this, I have never in my life had such quick and effective help from a support team
