This app was good when Appointmentfix owned the app. Now I can’t book more than 20 appointments per month for free. I will be getting another apps.Ujash2003

I tried enrolling in a couple of Goldies competitors (before finding Goldie) for automated text reminders for my clients to help free up some of my “off” time each week. I was promptly rejected from one because I didn’t have an opt in option and the other I never received an email so I could even set up my account! What a racket.
Goldie out performed them regardless! It offers so many additional features those other apps didn’t. Best part they send the opt in text for you!! Didn’t have to lift a finger. It easily integrated my extensive Apple calendar with no hiccups and importing client contacts was a breeze. I was able to select only clients instead of my entire contact list. - Thank you! I have been using it for a couple weeks now getting the hang of the process and working out the kinks (tech learning curve and plenty of user error but that’s on me lol). I am beyond impressed with this app. It’s very customizable and user friendly. Excellent product!
Update after 7 months of use. I still adore this app. The developers are integrating new features I have asked for! Now I can get income statistics day to day week to week ect which is so nice to have when budgeting. I can now mark apts as canceled or no shows and easily figure out my underperforming clients.Show lessTWH x2

I’ve been having Goldie for about 3 years now since 2020 when it used to be known as Appointfix, honestly I’ve seen this app grow and get better with each update , especially now since I can take deposits through the app and take payments with the tap to pay and the card reader , the only down side is that with my iPad I can’t take the tap to pay or connect with the card reader but I believe that’s just on my end but one thing that I would like to see improvements in would be being able to put cash deposits for when they prebook for the upcoming month when I book it manually, having card on file is optional and it’ll be 10x better if it was non optional to be able to charge for cancellation fee and being able to have a consents form/ required forms option that the clients need to fill out when booking the appointment but other than that it is an amazing app it has improved so much throughout the years and I hope they do add the 3 things I’ve listed to make the app a 10/10 experienceShow lessyanichinguesss

Too expensive ! With my small business I was using appointifx only paid for Standard $6-$8 monthly and premium $13 Monthly unlimited appointment ! which is now replaced by Goldie the fee spike to $27/montlhy !Irmagauthier

Goldie is really good i’ve been using it to start up my bookings for clients, It is easy to navigate, It has its own little website that you make with your bookings when clients book it makes it look more professionalkenj_06

Yay!So frustrating
I’ve hung in with this app for a couple of years now and it’s been constantly frustrating. They keep updating the app to create more features but the updates create problems. The customer service response has always been pretty poor (Daniel Pop). I’ve lost lost hundreds of dollars in clients not getting reminders again with zero acknowledgement of this from the customer service team.

Clients that try to book using my online system but often struggle as it glitches and crashes … when they return the time slot is still kept on hold and they can’t book (says it’s unavailable )- 20 mins-30mins later the slot is still unavailable even tho no one booked . I love the App i give it a 5 stars. I just wish there was a way to categorize services in a way I can charge more. For example, if there was a “morning haircut prices” or “late night haircut prices” and then offer different services under each category. Or, if when the person selected 7:00pm, there was an additional price for that time slot. Also it would be nice to have photo icons for each service, sometimes clients want to depict the difference between fades and haircuts, they want a picture of it. Also, it would be nice to have a section for a portfolio of examples of your work. Lol sorry im asking too much but it would be something to consider.Show lessNytigre
