  • Very easy to use love it

    As a Auto mobile detailer i was looking for a scheduling app that would be easy to use easy to understand as i am a new to all this business world Goldie gave me a very great experience by allowing me to try pro at 50% off and let me tell you am hooked yes a couple things that would make the pro experience greater would be to get notified when its time to send the reminder schedule appt i know the fully automated does it for you but getting a notification for peace of mind would be a great add on feature i would love to know that my customers did receive their reminder or thank you after other than that am loving the app and look forward to being a goldie customer for many years to come located here in the lovely state of fresno CA

  • Not Happy at All! - UPDATE

    I have been using this app for a few months now. At first it was great. My husband and I own our own business and are always going in two different directions, so we needed a calendar that synced with any changes that either of us made. ***Note: I had to pay for this option. With an update they made we lost all syncing capabilities. I reached out to them, they never responded. They have since made other updates that have not fixed this issue at all. Then we received a message through the app that our calendar is still saved in the cloud. Excuse me! What good does that do me when our devices still don’t sync! I have tried logging out of both devices and logging back in, I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping that this would resolve the issue. Nope! Even though it will update both devices they still don’t sync when changes are made. I will be looking into other apps as this is a vital part of business for us. Very disappointing.

    UPDATE: So after about three months of trial and error they finally got to a solution for the syncing issue. The one thing I am still unhappy about is it took a negative review to get these guys on the ball. However once they did they were on top of it until the issue was resolved. The roll out with the Goldie app was smooth and now a year later I am still using the app. And I am happy to report I am very happy with it.

  • Frustrating

    First year this Ap was perfect. Now I’m having lots of problems. Support has been substandard and now they won’t respond at all. Paying for 2 devices only 1 works and now that one is playing up. Very frustrating!

  • Has changed my work life!

    I love this app. It sends reminders to all my clients, I get no more no shows! And I can access my schedule anytime I need/want. The only thing I wouldn’t mind, is if they came out with a desk top version. But still love it!

    it was very simple to use and I like that when I upgraded, I was able to get automatic messages sent to my clients to remind them about their appointment date.
    The only downside to this app is that the app does not process payments over the weekend meaning if I was to have a client on Friday and they paid me through the app I would not receive that money till Tuesday of the next week!

  • summary of services and payments

    I subscribed to the app for 1 month to test it out. I currently use another free app, but Goldie was recommended to me and I decided to buy it for just 1 month and if it met my expectations, I would subscribe to the annual plan. I really liked it, but the screen with the summary of services and the total is very confusing. The application does not detail the value of each service, showing the total outstanding balance. Instead, it shows all the services (without the values ​​for each one) and the total final balance. And you cannot know what was charged for each service. Sometimes we apply different values ​​for different customers. Anyway, the payment screen could be better structured, with the values ​​of each service and the final value. What's the use of the value of the variable in the service registration if I can't change it at the time of payment? I use Square Appointment and the payment screen is completely broken down by each service and its value, which can be changed at the time of payment.

  • Payment for no shows

    I love the fact that you can implement a deposit when booking. I would like to see you be able to take remaining balance for no show clients. I see there is an open to send the link to pay remaining balance to clients but if a client does a no show they’re most likely not going to want to pay the rest of balance regardless if it’s in your policy or not.

  • Do not use this app

    I’ve used Appointfix for my medical practice for five years and it wasn’t perfect but it was pretty solid and the tech support was always on point. Now that it’s Goldie it constantly malfunctions. Several times a week. Not exaggerating. And I cannot get anyone to get back to me to fix it. I’m missing patient appointments or getting triple booked. I’m losing patients over this horrid app. I have so much patient contact information stored in here now, however, it’s hard to cancel and I’m sure they realize that. Appointments entered on one device don’t show up on the other devices frequently so my staff and I have to constantly send each other screenshots to verify the schedule and I have to text them every time I’m entering a block. Avoid this app like the plague.
