  • Terrible update

    This was a great app until the update. The update deleted ALL of my clients appointments and their information at my busiest time of year. I will no longer be using this.

  • New Name New Upgrades!

    With this new name and upgrades I find that this is still a great app. It’s taking sometime to learn the new changes but I’m sure that won’t be a problem. The one great thing is my old link still works! I was really nervous about this.

    Some great things are:
    1. Reports can break down the services you are selling more of, clients that patronize you from highest to least, and revenue by day week month or year!
    2. Can sync all calendars to just this one
    3. Marketing available
    4. And might I add this new payment option!!!! Clients having to make a deposit to book is great!

    With the new changes there are a few issues that I am finding. They are:
    1. I have to go back to all my previous appointments and collect the payment. This is time consuming and making my reports inaccurate. Because I went back on a specific day the reports show I collected all the revenue on one set date.
    2. I am unable to use multiple devices. I can login on multiple devices however my appointments are not synced across them.

  • Not Happy at All!

    I have been using this app for a few months now. At first it was great. My husband and I own our own business and are always going in two different directions, so we needed a calendar that synced with any changes that either of us made. ***Note: I had to pay for this option.

    With an update they made we lost all syncing capabilities. I reached out to them, they never responded. They have since made other updates that have not fixed this issue at all. Then we received a message through the app that our calendar is still saved in the cloud. Excuse me! What good does that do me when our devices still don’t sync! I have tried logging out of both devices and logging back in, I have even deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping that this would resolve the issue. Nope! Even though it will update both devices they still don’t sync when changes are made.

    I will be looking into other apps as this is a vital part of business for us. Very disappointing.

  • Don’t waste your time

    Was working great, up until today. I’ve been locked out, won’t allow me to log back in with apple id OR email… my account has just been removed entirely (out of nowhere). I had used this to keep track of all my contract jobs - now I have to find another app and start from scratch! Definitely don’t make the mistake i did!

  • Great app with a few niggles

    Overall this app is fab - simple, easily customisable for different tasks, and works great with iCal. I’m using the mid level version where the messages are sent, but via your own mobile carrier - I don’t think they offer that price level any more.

    Areas for improvement:
    Message sending is pretty glitchy - often I have to press the send message button a few times for it to work, but it usually does in the end. It used to get caught in a death loop on the ‘send messages to clients now’ thing, but that seems to have gone away. If you send a message to a client just before it’s about to remind you to, sometime it tries to get you to send the message twice. If you’re a bit OCD with your messages section, this can cause some anxiety. For example, I’ve just updated the app and now it wants me to re send a bunch of reminders to clients that I’ve already sent.

    Other niggle is that it updates almost weekly, which can get a bit dull.

    But overall, buy with confidence. I’ve not tried the top level version, and I’m thinking of taking deposits via it, but a bit worried to change what seems to be working well.

  • Love but as a real life user I think it needs improvements

    I really enjoy this app but as someone who has used it for 2 years I think it needs a few tweaks.

    With the services if you change them (name, price, color etc) they should be a way to change them on existing or reoccurring appointments instead of changing them all manually. If you remove or combine services there should be an option for that as well with existing scheduled appointments.

    With the online booking there should be a setting to allow current clients to book but not new clients if your books are closed to new clients.

    There should be an option to send a client an invoice if the are a no show. Also no show should be able to be marked on the appointment not just in notes and stored on the clients information.

    Allowing the client to confirm appointments, reschedule or cancel through the ultimate fully automated version

    A web browser version would be helpful too for managing schedules.

    When paying $20 a month for something these would definitely be helpful.

  • Be lost without this app!

    It’s so easy to use and works very well for me and my job! Being a mobile beauty therapist it’s keeps track of treatments , times , text reminders , follow up texts , client info , spaces for notes . Set up to automatically book in allocated times for treatments , prices everything.
    Clients always love the text reminders !
    Any problems at all and quick email they are on it very helpful . Always updating the app with new features and keeping it fresh !

  • Great customer service!

    I updated app and somehow locked my self out of the app. Thanks to customer service I was able to get it figured out and back to having access to my bookings!
  • The best

    I’ve been using this app for a year and it’s simply the best, I even upgraded to Ultimate because it so good I want to use those features, support is awesome as well, the only thing is I which it could be connected to WhatsApp, but other than that I absolutely love it and I always recommend it to friends, even my clients are surprised by it and they love how easy it is for them to have access to my schedule ♥️

  • Happy Customer

    I love love this app although I use the free only because I need to be in control the bookings, and I don’t use social media to book if I did for sure I will upgrade!! Appointfix customer service is the best I ran into an issue where I had upgraded my phone and lost all of my booked appointments I emailed Appointfix to let them know of my frustration on Sunday night when they were closed and Monday morning my appointments were restored! This is definitely the app to have highly recommended!!
