PERFECT & AFFORDABLE
As a service based sole trader. This App is perfect! I had been using a different on-line diary for almost 4 years that had too many features that I didn’t use or need. Appointfix has everything I need at a ‘fraction of the cost’ and is very user friendly. I love how it syncs to my Apple diary and vice versa. Am really loving this app but any chance we can look at adding in appointment gaps? So I can put one in at 12 that goes for half hr add a gap of half hr then another appointment with the same person/service that is followed on from there? Atm it has to be two new services and they don’t link up.Emnnici

Update: I’m Happy to report that the folks at Appointfix have improved this service a great deal. I’ve noticed how all of my messages are delivered without fail. I hope they’ll offer customer help via phone call support option at some point. (Old review: I’m disappointed in this service. I’m a busy professional and this service was awesome and it just stopped sending messages and the support messages are going in as empty. No US number to call. I purchased an entire year and cannot receive a refund due to the cancellation policy.)Show lessKaren Kristine
Exactly what I needed
This app is exactly what I needed to keep my client schedule in order! The confirmation reminders are fantastic - let’s face it, I tried doing it on my own and the consistency was not exactly 100%. I do wish I could have the Appointfix calendar automatically update the personal I use with my husband so I don’t have to enter the appointments twice, but it solves more issues than it creates. Hoping the look/legibility of Weekly and Monthly calendars improves, but I’m getting used to it. All in all, very happy with my experience so far.Show lessbeckbravo
Very useful and amazing customer service
Firstly, the app’s design and functionality is second to none. There isn’t an app or service like it (and I tried before finding Appointfix). The integration with the calendar is very useful - I only wish they would release a way to subscribe to the Callander so I can view it in other places. Secondly, the text message service is great, it has vastly sped up my productivity for my business and allows me to keep in contact with everyone easily. Lastly, the customer service is great, they are only too happy to help and make your experience as positive as possible. This alone will see me be a long term customer...
Would I make any improvements, only small ones. If there was the option to send a specific message at different time ie one thanking for making a booking and one as a reminder. And, the second being the aforementioned subscription to the Callander as a view only calendar.

Oops! I missed this, but Appointfix does *not* allow your clients to schedule their own appointments. *You* are doing all of the scheduling yourself.
Still, if that’s what you want, the app is well done. I particularly like that — since it has access to all your calendars on your device — it could easily block out times so clients would be able to choose times that you’re available. However, if you accidentally double-book yourself, the app doesn’t warn you.
If you’re doing all the scheduling yourself, give the app a try! It’s free for up to 45 appointments per month; if you need more than that, you can easily afford one of the paid plans.Show lessMr Toner

I love this app - as a therapist in private practice it’s made my life a whole lot easier, great to use mostly on iPad and syncs easily with iPhone, and love the appointment text reminders. Highly recommend!!Kiwi Piper

This app was working ok now it doesn’t. I have paid to link my iPad and phone. This only works one way which is annoying. Also sometimes reminders aren’t sent then they can’t be changed. Thinking of changing to another system.what nickname isnt used

What seems to be a great app to keep track of a business, turn into a nightmare for tow months in the same time two updates that did not improve any of the mayor issues wish were view of appointments ridiculously small and when updating deleting some existing appointments from other calendars. I have send a minimum of 3 request for support but no unswear. Always get a replay from a robot but that’s it! Sorry guys but the potential is there we need better support and happy users.Show lessShalev8

Works exactly as described.. I’d like to see the ability to use different working hours for different devices but a can still be controlled through a master device. I work at different salons on different days and often leave an iPad there for them to book clients in for me, it’s fine because as long as the staff know what days I’m there they can just book where necessary but for better control I’d like to limit what different devices can book, I haven’t found this capability in any software as yet so it would be a first. Also the ability to edit appointments through my google calendar online and have it update in the app.. but absolutely brilliant app, look forward to seeing what future developments bring!
