Creating Chats account prevented access to itinerary
The app was originally very helpful. I could view the itinerary generated by my travel agent and subsequent updates.
Then I go a fateful email that my travel agent had posted critical messages. So I relented and created a Chat account.
Despite setting Offline viewing and download, I was no longer able to view my itinerary until I logged in.
I should be able to view messages from my travel agent without having to create an account.
And if I create a Chat account, doing so shouldn’t prevent me from viewing my itinerary.Show lessDmargison

Good, not great
The one big improvement this company could make is a way to integrate or send calendar entries to outlook or some other calendar. It’s just one more thing to have to open.Peg17392

First Class App
This really is first class. We have tried a number of travel apps previously but there was always something missing. Good but...
This is a good vehicle for my travel advisor to post bookings and notes relative to my trip. It would be a fantastic app if I were able to add notes, reminders, and private arrangements. Without this capacity I need other resources to track these things.njken

Could be more intuitive
My travel arranger uploaded my 8 week trip to this app. While it is great to have most arrangements in one place, I found it very frustrating. There is no way to scroll between days. You have to use the back button and select another date to view. Difficult when you're trying to figure out where you were on which date, or where you're headed to next.
