Quicker to walk the route!
iOS12 Update: I would love to say this app has improved but with no update for a year it hasn’t. I want to be supportive of Land Rover's but if you are used to using Google or Apple maps this app lives in the dark ages. You can send the route to your car which would be useful but take miles to long, if it works at all. My daughter has Apple Car play in her little car and it is brilliant. My car cost £75k+ and it is doesn’t have decent sat nav. Sigh...Show lesseve4
Perhaps useless
So pleased to see this app when I got my new car. Thought that it works make life easier and it still might. But sadly it constantly thinks that my car is parked miles from where it is making route planning a waste of time. I check in every day to see if it had worked out where the car is - something the other Landrover app does - but no. So I can't use it until it not only realised I am not parked where it thinks I am, but perhaps realises I never have been. So back to Google for route planning and then programming the sat nav in the car. IrritatingShow lessMCN1963
Don’t bother with this
This app is total garbage. It has my location 200 miles away and there is no way to change it. It also defaults to walking so every time it says it cannot get the route because it is too far to walk. Don’t waste your time.sdw99887766

I have just got out of the dealer after big software upgrade. The app still has my RR at a location for the last 3 months.
I was hoping this would have been fixed but no so the app is useless.Adam 447
Good overall but serious niggles!
It’s great you can choose a destination and route on your phone then download to car. Saves all the time when you get in car especially recently on holiday in France. However, it rarely gets where the car is parked and seems to stick to a location days or even weeks ago! iPhone X support would help
App works reasonably well, but the lack of iPhone X support is more stark in a map app.
It also would be great to remember login information better. App seems to forget often, and I have to sign in again. The error says “something happened on their end.”pcl19010
Inaccurate streets/wrong directions/dangerous
Using the map is dangerous. For instance, it tells me turn left when exhibiting the street that I live on but turning left would have me driving on the wrong side of the road. Likewise, it tells me to turn on a street that has not existed since before 2011 (I would end up in someone’s living room). Therefore, the map is OLD and outdated even though it said that I have the most recent version in the car and on the app. There is a highway that became a toll road over a year ago, I do not use toll roads and have the options set to avoid the, but the map is always directing me to take toll highways, such as this one. My friends laugh at me because I am driving a 2017 Range Rover but I still have to use Waze on my cell phone or my old Garmin for accurate directions. You would think that RR would not have these issues but this is the worse car map service I have ever used. Please, please, please update this map with at least the version from 2017 so that the map will match the “update date”. Thank you.Show lessSekhemt
Worst app ever
The key to using the product is registering. However, I can’t simply get past the registration part. Completely useless. No response from support either so don’t waste your time or think you can use this with your new Land Rover.HolyRolr

I receive addresses on my smart phone via email, calendar or other apps. Loading the addresses straight from my phone to the Land Rover is easy, less typing and saves me time. Thats helpful.Steve's nickname 1234
