This app will not work
I have connected to the fireplace. Everything shows it’s connected but it will. Or control anything. It’s just a dumb toy. What a joke.
Useless app
Downloaded the app, found the fireplace, put in the default password (0000), nothing happens. I have deleted and reloaded this app several times and get the same result. Useless!
Seems to be working well for me. Good app so far.
Only posting this to balance out all of the other bad reviews. The app seems to be working fine for me now that I’ve figured it out. There are no instructions on first use which may it difficult but once you are up and rolling, it’s proving to be a handy app. Much more user friendly than the supplied remote control. Default password is 0000 when syncing up with the fireplace for the first time.

This app is garbage
Not only is it incredibly challenging to pair this app with your actual fireplace, but it won’t let more than one user on the same network use the app to control the fireplace at the same time. What a joke. Do better Napoleon.
Horrible app
Where is Napoleon with fixes for this unusable app? Fireplace will not find my phone and there appears to be no way to re-sync the two. I can’t believe Napoleon Fireplace Co. is just unresponsive to these issues. Can’t use the light functionality at all without the app. What a waste!

This app Is awful. Pay good money for this fireplace in this app does not work. Have the controller but I have no idea how to work it

Napoleon just does a very poor job at communicating or redirecting customers to it. They should remove this from the app store or label them more specifically so we don’t get confused.

Napoleon promoted their app as a great feature of its new fireplaces. The app doesn’t work!
Embarrassing
The best thing about this app was uninstalling it. I have a feeling that even if the app loaded properly, I would never use it. It's like somebody at Napoleon said we need to be in the App Store so let's build an app, even if it doesn't make sense and it offers no value to our customers.

What a pile of crap this app is. Will not connect
Very disappointing should be simple just a blank connect screen. Limited help on the website.
