Lots of bugs
App has a lot of issues. When trying to cast to AppleTV, it won’t load or shows the phone screen saying that it’s playing on appletv instead of showing the video, every workout stops about halfway through with an in-app screen that doesn’t even load so I can’t even describe what it is, and at the end of a workout the “End workout”button doesn’t work so I just have to close the app to get back to the Home Screen. Unfortunate there are so many issues because the workouts and programs are pretty good.Show lessDsheld
iPad app search is unusable
After adding just 1 criteria, the app spins and spins, and then loses the criteria. I get it free through my company and still find it not worth it because of the wasted time.Summer 2020

Major disappointment!
I’ve been using this app off and on since the pandemic and bought lots of equipment to create a home gym and workout with the strength class. The app was reliable when casting to the television but started pausing and starting throughout the workout. I thought it was the phone, or the tv that was the problem but soon realized that the app is the problem. I hope companies that offer this to employees realize the app is a source of frustration if you try to cast it to your television for workouts. Can this ever be corrected?

App won’t open!
I downloaded the phone app a while ago & haven’t tried to use it until today. It flashes the name then disappears as if it closed! I can use the browser version but wanted the phone app for convenience.HPE employee
Crashes Often
Every time I try to play a video, the app just crashes. I feel sometimes that company wellness programs do everything they can to prevent employees from earning their wellness benefits. It’s just not worth the frustration for 50 measly wellness points.RestedTraveler

App is very glitchy
I enjoy the classes but I would likely not subscribe had I not gotten them through my employer. The app is frequently glitchy and often unable to reliably work. Classes frequently close, are very slow to load, and app will sign you out almost daily. I know the push out updates but has ever provided a long term fix.Show lesstonyo05
Glitchy
Can’t even log in on the app before and after the latest update. I can log in on the computer though. Programs have a hard time remembering your progress and disappear from the main screen. It took several minutes of searching to find my active program last time.fababulous
