Middle of my exercise app freezes and doesn't work. Full of glitches.. I am sure they see all comments and don't know why

Yep, the app is glitchy.
I was excited when my company got Wellbeats for our employees. There is a lot of great content, but the videos get hung up constantly. Of the four I tried, I could only get one to play. Really disappointed. Looks like most of the recent reviews are saying the same thing, so it would be nice if the developers would get it working right.Show lessgrettykaye
Doesn’t work
My company paid for everyone to have a membership and download the app on our personal phones, which is awesome. However, every time I open the app and try to play a workout video, it force closes. This is extremely frustrating and is happening not only to myself, but to some coworkers as well.Kluge kk
So glitchy
The content seems fine and even helpful, but all the videos are rough, they skip, freeze or go out completely so I have no idea what’s being demonstrated. I have to use this thing for work and it don’t even track my watch history properly.La Bibliotecaloga

My negative review disappeared. App is unusable, screen freezes or app closes (when starting video for classes or while updating my profile. ) Would not recommend! Even though the app is a company paid benefit!AnneRN8/1
App need serious revamp
One of the worst mobile app to use. Health apps should be fluent to use, easy to cast and top of all they should not crash.

App crashed after I finished a program, and now it won’t reopen on any of my devices. It’s a shame because the content is amazing. But the app makes it hard to enjoy it with the constant and unpredictable shut downs and inability to open.mtp4693
